We are currently experiencing some server issues on the connectivity side, so you might need to press the login button multiple times. You can try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. You can also use the VPN option as a temporary fix as mentioned, even though it's not super optimal. Be sure to always check in the PRO discord for announcements since it could be possible that a server crashed or that an official maintenance was on-going. Unfortunately your request will have to be denied since we've announced multiple times in the PRO discord that the servers are unstable and that doing some activities, specifically bosses or pvp, is at your own risks. Furthermore, it would be unfair to those who didn't see their cooldowns refunded for similar issues. I'm sorry that we can't be of more help, though you might be unhappy about this decision please try to understand. Have a pleasant day nevertheless.

  25. Hi there @Robtheslobb As I mentioned already since you've already have an on-going thread with another CC consequently you will have to wait for his response, please be patient. For the sake of being organized and to avoid confusion we rarely have two staff members handling the same post. It's not necessary to send a private message to every staff member online since one is already handling your case and each role has different tasks, furthermore we do not provide private support in private messages. Please try to understand that staff are volunteers and are not always available, we do this on our free time. You may write "bump" as a new message if you do not get a response after 24 hours.
