We are currently experiencing some server issues on the connectivity side, you might need to press the login button multiple times. Even though it's not the optimal solution, you can try to use a VPN as an alternative option. (This is a free one among multiple options) You can also try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Be sure to always check in the PRO discord for announcements since it could be possible that a server crashed or that an official maintenance was on-going. In order to access Nido Isle you need to have completed the first part of the Valentine Quest and a part of the second part, the one mentioned by 666G0D999. Here's are the available guides made by waleed1301 for both parts, Part 1 and Part 2. Do note that some information regarding the 2020 part like the Pink Fire Wings do not apply this year, since they were exclusive for the Valentine Event that happened in 2020. You should be able to access Sinnoh by using the boat in these citys : Vermilion, Olivine and Lilycove. Tell me if that works, have a splendid day!

It also looks like you had data on the blue server, if you'd like to have access to this character you will have to merge your account on the dashboard (Select the blue server has main). This will merge your data onto your silver server and you'll be able to recover your old data. You will most likely need to reset your password afterwards (You can do that on the dashboard too) to access the silver server. I've forwarded the message to a Content scripter since quite a few people reported not being able to find this particular NPC. Could you check back around route 17 to see if you can see it now ? As for the other riddles please make a new post since the main issue for this thread was regarding the possible missing NPC. We won't provide direct answers to new quests out of respect and comprehension to the scripters and the amount of time/work that was spent on doing these quests, but you can always receive an answer from other players who did those quests.   18. Hi there @Duym17 My apologies for the inconvenience. In order to start the scizorite quest you must have the mega bracelet. In order to do so you will need to speak to Assistant Theodor in Vermilion Library and show him any OT pokemon that has a mega evolution that his fully leveled, happy and ev trained (510 ev's). Try redownloading afterwards so that you may extract the game again.   21. Hi there @Nencas My apologies for the inconvenience. The coins that are received by using Coins capsule are not shown in the trainer card but rather in the Coin shop. The only variants shown in the trainer card are the PVE and PvP coins. You may access the coin shop by clicking on the orange bag in your top right corner, as shown below : You should currently have 120 coins. You should now be able to re-fight Kyurem, however servers are having some issues so I would recommend not fighting it until they are at least a bit more stable. Servers are currently having crash issues and the developers are actively looking into those issues in order to fix them as soon as possible. Furthermore, it looks like Silver is having some connectivity problems at the moment. As a general tip, try do not do important things such as boss battles at the moment since you might experience some loss of progress. With that being said the thread will be locked since I cannot help you further at the moment. I'll let you know through the forum when an update has been sent so that you may be up-to-date with the situation.
