Hi there @Coolboy123 My apologies for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the Soul badge is one of the requirement to enter the route 16 with a bike. Your next step in the story will be to go to Lavender town to continue with the story. Alright, glad to hear that worked. You will most likely need to continue by interacting with the Palkia statue since it's respective item is that orb. You can try to interact afterwards to speak to Dawn if that fix the issue.

Hey there @Djalham My apologies for the inconvenience. Your weavile has been successfully restored and is now in the last box of your PC. For future requests like this you can either use the restore megathread or the #request-chat in our discord. To post in the megathread you simply have to click on "Reply to the topic" while you're on the thread. You simply have to use the template given, fill out the information required and then send your message. The same goes for discord, you just have to follow the template and send your message! Hey there @Pouckyie My apologies for the inconvenience. I've checked your inventory and it looks like you have 2 exp boost in your bag. Could those be the ones you are looking for ? When buying an items that have a certain duration such as an exp boost or a membership medallion you'll need to activate them through your bag, simply by clicking the item. Hey there @CoggTV My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. The servers are currently down for the monthly scheduled maintenance for backups and reset of the pvp season as there is no estimated time as to when they will be back. The maintenance was postponed for 1 day because of the proxy problems that we experienced. You may join our official discord server to keep up with any scheduled maintenance (as they are all announced there ) or other announcement about the game that might interest you. Hey there @abece My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Our server provider is experiencing issues (As stated on our discord server) and unfortunately you might have experienced what are called "proxy crashes". Due to the on-going situation, we recommend not doing bosses, PvP or anything important overall since you might lose progress that cannot be refunded. I'm sorry to be the conveyor of bad news, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do for such cases. While I completely understand your frustration, it would be unfair to other players who went through similar issues and accepted their lost, whether the crash was on our end or not. As indicated in the following thread, you might lose some of the progress during a crash that results in rollback : Once again I am sincerely sorry that we cannot do anything to help with your case. I would strongly recommend waiting until the servers are more stable to re-try the quest. Have a splendid day nevertheless!

Hey there @Koutzy My apologies for the inconvenience. Most of evergreen island is only accessible during the seasonal Christmas event, which lasted from the 9th of December until January 10th for this year. On the other hand, Evergreen waterway is accessible because it's part of the Kyurem quest, which is a permanent addition to the game. It's indeed possible that you've had an invalid password/username prompt after a merge, this can be resolved by resetting your password using the link I gave below. According to what you said the correct account was on the right server after the first transfer and you simply had to reset your password. I'm gathering the information to the appropriate party on whether we can provide a server transfer to you or not. You mentioned an issue with joining the silver server the first time, did you get an invalid password/username ? If so you can simply reset your password here. Be sure to use an alphanumeric one (Just numbers and/or letters) Otherwise, could you provide more details about the issue such as something like a screenshot ?
