    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    The issue appear due to the newer Unity versions and old hardware from the user.

    To fix it, create a shortcut for the PROclient.exe file by right clicking the application and select "create shortcut".
    After this, right click the shortcut and add the parameters -force-glcore into the Target as in the screenshot shown below.
    Make sure to add a space between .exe and -force.

    You had to transfer Cannibalrising to Silver to retrieve your items there. But you transferred the wrong account.
    Unfortunately, you have to wait 1 month in order to transfer both accounts to Silver again for free where the items are in the mail box.
    Alternatively, if you can't wait you can pay 100 coin for one server transfer.

    This is due to we have rejected these kind of loss in the past which would be unfair towards the other users if we restore your items and not theirs.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Currently PRO has no IPV6 support yet which causes some players not being able to play properly and having a black screen as a result.
    Players can evade this problem by simply using a VPN connection.
    If you are not able to use the winscribe VPN you should try a different one.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Your account Cannibalrising is on the gold server. Unfortunately, mails are not connected between the two servers.
    You have to transfer your account to Silver from the Dashboard in order to get the items.

    You can only get one nature reroll ticket per week after a 40 winstreak. And for the first time, he will reward you with an IV reroll ticket.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    There are many requirements that you have fullfit first in order to unlock the LC David boss in hard mode:

    • Unlock the 6 tutors in Breezy Falls. Each tutor will have a small quest for you.
    • Find and feed Foongus, Vullaby, Snivy and Spritzee.
    • Interact with the 5 NPC from E4 after their defeat. Interacting with the right sequence will reward you with an item.
