I'm sorry for the inconvenience.We found out there was a problem in the code regarding the correct time which was caused by the new server update.

I have restored your Pancham and Inkay as both evolved Pokemon were not saved in the data base due to the crash.Unfortunately, you have to evolve them by yourself again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately this is not easy fixable. The cause of this is due to the technical limitation from the server and the client API.
The character | has been used as delimiter for the server api.
A developer will add a check that blocks the | character with the next website update, so this won't happen anymore.

It seems like you need to battle the boss until Suicune appears again. There is a 1/6 chance to encounter it in the first two wins and 100% in the third win.
