    looks like my fishing contest is bugged, I just came here (before contest) and I haven't left the area. I couldn't take part in the previous fishing contest for the same reason. I thought that the next time it would be fixed but it is the same for the second time in a row.

    This is also a screen shot of my partner who plays only on mobile but she was playing when I was playing on the same WIFI and we both got kicked offline at the same time and now she is like this. This is the same issue I had and posted here about. after I uninstalled the mobile game, it fixed on my account. But I uninstalled and reinstalled on her phone and there is no change.

    The issue usually only occurs when playing on mobile data.
    Please tell her to check if she was using WIFI or a VPN (while having mobile data enabled) at that time.

    I've made a mistake on your question before.
    You cannot get the shiny clothes this year as it's exclusive to 2020.
    Some people may get the shiny clothes this year because there was a bug which happened in 2020 when they didn't get the shiny clothes.

    As previously said from Unowned, you can only obtain the IV reroll ticket for completing the quest without forfeiting at any point during the quest or battling Horon, which you did, so you are not eligible to get the IV reroll ticket.
    However, you are still able to get another IV reroll ticket through succesfully beating Umbra in hard mode in the Battlefields.
    The normal mode will aquire you the Gengarite Mega Stone, the hard mode the IV reroll ticket and lastly on the special mode, you get the Mega Gengar Clothes.

    You can start the quest from the shrine in Unison Mountain South Summit.

    Quest Lock iv Reroll is missing

    Unfortunately, we cannot restore the reroll ticket because you accidentally missclicked.
    Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other users who were in a similar situation and their reroll were not restored after they cancelled the confirmation.

    My phone when logging into my account puts me in the middle of the water near the Sevii islands on the map but black all around me..

    My pc version has no issue and loads where I logged off at last from it. 
    My mobile character gets updated with my pokemon and items but not my location.
