    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Currently the evolutions which require happiness are bugged.
    Please follow the procedure to evolve the Pokemon:
    1. Faint the Pokemon

    2. Restart the client

    3. Heal the Pokemon
    4. Level up or use a mysterious candy

    I'm not sure if you'll still get an IV reroll ticket but it's possible that it still may be available.

    Your points were set to 0 as it's impossible for us to find out how many currency you had or gained.
    I'm really sorry about that.

    However, due to this we have added a log for currencies to avoid such problems in the future.

    Currently the evolutions which require happiness are bugged.

    You will be able to catch Darkrai again in the Halloween event.
    You're required to beat the boss Horon first in Dark Valley to reset the Darkrai quest.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
    Due to its long name, the quantity can't be shown in the backpack.
    However if you hover over it, you will see 2 mounts.

    Evolving Eevee into Glaceon

    maintanance/restart money lose (i think)

    This seems very unusual and should be impossible.
