When you remove the clothes or accessories your character is wearing, they are sent to the Customizations tab in your inventory. If you open your inventory, you can find them there.
By clicking them within your inventory, they will be placed onto your character.

There are a multitude of moves, abilities, and overall circumstances that can alter a Pokémon's speed. Furthermore, without a battle log it is very hard to pinpoint what the issue could be.
However, I can assure you that the situation you describe with your Snivy leveling up is not the cause of this.
 
If you can provide more details about the battle or a battle log, we will gladly help you solve this. But if you cannot, I'm afraid there is little that we can do.

If you use Trick or Switcheroo to swap items with a wild Pokémon and the battle ends for any reason, you will lose the item that was tricked away. 
 
You can reverse the effect by using Trick or Switcheroo again and you will receive your item back. I would suggest not having the move at all to avoid any possible mistake.

We have confirmed there to be an issue with the Shuppet spawn in Bell Tower. Thank you for helping us find this. 
It will be fixed within the next spawn update. In the meantime, we do not recommend hunting Shuppet at this location.

Can you tell me what device you are using to play?

Rough Skin is not causing super effective damage, that message is for Avalanche. Rough Skin activates as soon as a contact move has been used on the ability-bearer, so the message shows up before the super effective message. Avalanche is doing super effective damage.

Try opening the chat settings from the wrench icon on the bottom right of your screen and then enable Trade chat. Keep in mind that if you have too many chats enabled, one of them will not be visible due to the limitations of how many chats you can have open. 
If you do not have the Trade chat option in your chat settings, type /cgjoin Trade in any chat and it should insert you into Trade chat.

Though Staff are not in charge of the PRO Wiki, I am also a Wiki Editor so your issue falls onto me.
There was another user who experienced the same issue you are having. They were able to fix it by making a small change to the URL. Simply put, change where it says "useskin=modern" to "useskin=vector". I will inform the Wiki Admin, Naero, about the issue and a fix will be made so no one else has this problem.
Here is the other user who had your problem. They also posted the way they solved it.

Unfortunately, this means you have lost your chance at catching Heatran. 
However, you can earn another chance by defeating Nikola. After defeating Nikola, Heatran will respawn in the same place where you initially fought it.

Shedinja has a special move tutor found in Mt. Pyre. It can learn Swords Dance there.
