Hi, i found only one shoal shell in shoal cave area during high tide, the other three are missing and they are not where they're supposed to be.

This bug happens sometimes with pokemons that requires max happiness to evolve, what you need to do is to faint your togepi, close your client and start it again, heal the pokemon in the pokecenter and get it to full happiness again, that should trigger the evolution.

I can imagine how would beginners feel after paying 200k , obtaining 240 different Pokémon, etc.., and then they have to pay 5k each time they enter cerulean cave, no thank you -1
