  1. @Baldonoob1 You have been punished for conducting a Poorly Handled Auction. It was sold before the end point and the 5.8m offer was not acknowledged. Please read the Auction Rules to prevent future infractions. The trade was reversed. This auction has been extended by 12 hours from the moment of this post. The last valid offer is by @NGdevil with 5.2m. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  2. @Assn The Shiny Ursaring, Shiny Mamoswine and Halloween Weavile have been removed. You can only sell these type of Pokemon in the Shiny and Special sub-forum. Feel free to sell those there. Good luck in your sales.
  3. @alfatrion1980s The Xmas Azumarill has been removed. Event Pokemon can only be sold in the Shiny and Special sub-forum, feel free to sell it there. Please adjust your post and title to this change. Good luck in your auctions.
  4. @Boo347 For support questions please make a thread in General Support. This is not the place for them. The off-topic messages have been deleted. Good luck in your sale.
  5. @MadhavXDark Please insert in your opening post a screenshot of the Pokemon you're auctioning. Good luck.
  6. @J3st3r A few of things went wrong with your auction: When announcing the auction, you've used the wrong terminology in CO (Current Offer) instead of SO (Starting Offer). If there is such an offer, you have to acknowledge it. When you receive an offer in-game, you need to acknowledge it by providing a screenshot as proof of its existence. Only that way an offer is valid - you've failed doing so for 2 offers that you've received. One of those offers was the last one, the person you've sold the Shiny Nosepass to. Meaning you've sold the Pokemon to an illegitimate bidder. You cannot change the accepted payments once an auction has started. Furthermore, you have to set a value in Pokedollars for the items that you are accepting as payment. Since you no longer have the currency received from the trade, it cannot be reversed fairly. You have been punished for a Poorly Handled Auction. Please read the Trade Rules and Auction Rules to prevent future infractions. Will be locking the thread as there's no further action to take regarding this matter. Take care.
  7. @kejnedar Your thread has been moved to Cross Server since you're open to transfer to Gold. Please avoid doing this in the future - if you're selling on Silver, stick to selling it on Silver. Or close your Silver auction and open a new one on Cross Server. Repeating this in the future will lead to punishment. Good luck in your auction.
  8. @Leandrocombes Please provide a screenshot of your Venusaur as it may help you sell it. Good luck in your sale.
  9. @Thunderking1 Your title has been changed as there's nothing special about this Ferrothorn. It isn't Shiny or themed. Please avoid using misleading and non-factual terms when advertising a Pokemon. Good luck in your auction.
  10. @Jolvier200 A couple of things went wrong with your auction: The end point wasn't defined in the post. This must be clear before an auction starts. Defining in the title and editing will generate confusion about the exact time it ends. You've mentioned in the title it would last 23 hours but it didn't even last 2. Furthermore, you've accepted Coin Capsule when those weren't defined as accepted payment. Since you've used up the Coin Capsule it's not possible to reverse the outcome fairly. You've been punished for a Poorly Handled Auction. Please familiarise yourself with the Trade Rules and Auction Rules to prevent more infractions in the future. Will be locking this thread as there's no further action to take. Take care.
  11. @DADMASTER420 The winner of this auction is @NayeonBlue with the 2.6m offer that came in 1 minute before the end point and no offers were received 15 minutes after it. Please arrange a meeting to honour the trade and post a screenshot of the trade window when you do, so we can lock this thread. Take care.

    Hi there

Glad to see your situation resolved. Will lock this thread as you no longer need our support in this matter. Take care.
  13. @TASIN The auction started on 23/4 at 7:29 AM GMT+0, with a duration of 4 days, meaning it ends on 27/4 at 7:29 AM GMT+0. @Boobik's 1.6m offer came in at 7:27 AM so he is the rightful winner of this auction. Please arrange a meeting to honour the trade and post the screenshot of the trade window when you do, so we can lock. Next time please use the Report button under your post to bring the situation to the Trade Moderator team's attention. Personal messaging or tagging Tmods is not the correct way of contacting us, our response is delayed unnecessarily as a result. Take care.
  14. @SalemZEROO The 1.7m offer stands.
  15. @KumaPX0 It seems you haven't learned anything from the previous warning. There is no reason to barge in a Support thread, when a player is seeking assistance and talk down on his hardware and internet connection. You're disregarding everything that's been said - this has happened to only a couple of people in the past and the cause is unknown even to the Developers. Asking to close an unsolved support thread is plain rude and disrespectful towards the one seeking help. This can happen to anyone. Yet again you are behaving out of line, not only with your attitude but also with the profanity. A formal forum warning has been applied to your account, this time without any timed posting restriction as I want to think your intention was to help. Learn to address others respectfully. Acting like this will get you nowhere. Be wary that multiple forum infractions will lead to a forum ban. Please don't go that far. All related posts have been deleted.
  16. @shaoyuming The auction has ended. The winner is @Stoiko with the 2,5m offer. Please arrange a meeting to make the trade and post a screenshot of the trade window, so we can proceed to lock the thread. Take care.
  17. @MauroTedesco The trade has been forced. In the future please use the report button under a post to bring it to our attention sooner. You've waited an unnecessary amount of time to see this resolved because you decided to tag a Trade Moderator instead of reporting it to the entire team. We can't help if you don't use the correct way to contact us. Will lock the thread as it's served its purpose and there's no further action to take. Take care.
  18. @dorkmesh You cannot have 2 threads active selling the same Pokemon. I'll be locking your Gold shop since you're currently on Silver and have an active shop there.
  19. @leonardosenpai You are wrong. It started on 23/4 at 12:24 PM GMT+0 so the ending point (not counting the +15 minute rule) is on 25/4 at 12:24 PM GMT+0. The offer after yours was posted at 12:19 PM GMT+0 so it was within the time. Please use the report button under your post to bring it to the Trade Moderator's team attention. By tagging you won't make yourself notice. Report and you'll get the fastest response possible. Report also prevents posting and disrupting an auction that is ongoing in case you are wrong. The posts related to this confusion have been deleted, please avoid doing this in the future. @lucasvoosten The winner is @Jmun with the 8.5m offer. Please arrange with him to complete the trade. Post the trade window when you do it, so we can lock it. Take care.
  20. @shaoyuming Since you've failed to mention the ending point of your auction, it will be set to 48 hours after the starting offer. Please read the Auction Rules to prevent future mistakes. Good luck.
  21. @Crucifixuz Do not address other players in a provocative and challenging manner. These type of replies that incentivise drama and chaos won't be tolerated. A formal forum warning has been applied to your account for this behaviour. On a side note - this thread isn't a suggestion so will be locked. The Developers have been clear on why Dig Spots were disabled and are working on a more stable version to re-enable them. Until then, be patient. Making a complaint is the best way to express your inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Take care.
  22. @X71 By editing the time in the opening post it's unclear to the bidders at what exact time it ends. In the future please avoid doing so, to prevent confusion. To the bidders interested: Auction started on 22/4 at 2:55 PM GMT+0, with a duration of 58 hours. Meaning the ending point is on 25/4 at 0:55 AM GMT+0. Good luck.
  23. @dorkmesh Your thread has been locked because it breaks one of the Cross Server sub-forum's rules: Feel free to open a shop in Silver to sell these. Sad seeing you leave the game. Take care.
  24. False offers aren't valid. In no fair world will a bidder pay for another's mistake. It is unfortunate and inconvenient that you have to take a loss but I have considered that the false offer was dismissed very few minutes after you've received it. And in the last hours you haven't received further offers, so it's fair that the only bidder you've got is the winner. Can assure you that the one responsible will be punished for his actions and the inconvenience caused. Will be locking the thread as it's served its purpose and there's no further action to take. Take care.
  25. @Risingking34 Please refrain from filter evading and using an inappropriate language - reminder PRO is a PG game. The false offer reported will be punished. The winner of this auction is @DarkGangster seeing he was the only remaining bidder. Please arrange the trade and post the screenshot of the trade window when done. @DarkGangster Please use the report button under the post to bring it to the Trade Moderator team's attention. By tagging, you put yourself at risk that we either miss it or have a delayed reply. Report in the future and you will get the fastest response possible. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the false bidder. Take care.
