  1. @TheTrickster Reminder to read the Trade Rules and Auction Rules before creating your next auction. You have to set a value for the items you are accepting as additional payment. You've also created the thread in the wrong sub-forum - it should have been in the Shiny and Special sub-forum, where I just moved it. Will be locking the thread as you are no longer the owner of this Shiny Gengar. Take care.
  2. @Kilman1910 Please use the Auction Template which you can find in the Auction Rules. Make sure you read them. You're missing every key information that makes an auction valid, so I've edited your title to be more fitting of what you have currently. Feel free to change it again if you do turn this sale's thread into a valid auction. Good luck.
  3. @Madrigiljay I've deleted the new thread you've created in Silver Shiny and Special. You're only allowed 1 thread to sell your Shiny Arcanine and it is already in the appropriate sub-forum - Cross Server Shiny and Special. Repeating forum infractions will result in punishment, please don't let it get to that point.
  4. Hello @Slurmps, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The Swampert was forcefully traded following the intervention made in the auction. It was a Poorly Handled Auction in which the Pokemon wasn't sold to the rightful winner, so your trade was reversed and you've received your 1.2m back. Our login notification system isn't working at the moment so I couldn't inform you of these actions. I tagged you on the auction's thread but you must have missed it. Again my apologies for the inconvenience created by the auctioneer and our limited communication alternatives. If you have any more questions please let me know. If not, let me know as well so it can be locked as resolved. Looking forward to your reply.
  5. @Madrigiljay A few issues: Your thread in Silver has been deleted and I've moved the Gold to Cross Server. This is where you make a trade thread aiming at both servers. Creating different threads in both Silver and Gold sub-forums creates a huge confusion - this is why Cross Server was created. Use it. I've added the information, that you had on the Silver thread, to the OP regarding where the Pokemon is being sold from. To sell Shiny Pokemon, please use the appropriate sub-forum to do so. You were selling in the regular sub-forum and it should be in the Shiny and Special sub-forum. You can only bump your thread once every 24 hours. I've deleted your bumps. Please be more careful in the future. Make sure to read the Trade Rules and Auction Rules if you haven't already. Good luck.
  6. @dragonite999 When acknowledging an offer, please make a new post. Don't incorporate it into the OP as when you start editing the time remaining, it's no longer clear to the players when did the auction start. To be clear to the bidders interested, it started on 16/04/21 at 11:13 AM GMT+0. So the ending point is on 18/04/21 at 11:13 AM GMT+0. Good luck.
  7. @Malz2414 Your trade with @Slurmps has been reversed. The Swampert was forcefully traded to the rightful winner - @Kaguyashinomiya - in exchange for 1.3m. There was a 12 minute gap between these 2 offers. Being under 15 minutes means it was valid which you've disregarded and sold the Swampert to the wrong person. You have been punished for not following the Auction Rules. Please familiarise yourself with them before creating your next auction to prevent further infractions. If repeated, punishment will be harsher. To the bidders involved - my apologies for this inconvenience. Will be locking the thread as it's served its purpose and there is no further action to take. Take care.
  8. @SusantLc Before I lock this thread, please be mindful of the Auction Rules. They are already set. You cannot create additional rules like delaying the ending point by 10 minutes each time you get an offer. Please familiarise yourself with them before creating your next auction, to prevent possible infractions. Take care.
  9. @phillica Reminder that you can only bump your thread once every 24 hours. Also, you might want to fix your images. They are not displaying at the moment. Good luck in your sale.
  10. @namedoesnotfi Your offer isn't valid because it lacks clarity. The minimum bid/raise refers to how superior an offer has to be compared to the highest prior in order to be valid. At this time the starting offer set for this auction is 5M, please be clear if you wish to start it.
  11. @Shiroufubuki @Norex Since it's a fixed price trade, It's fine for you to proceed. The value set for those items must be arranged through your own personal negotiation. Please post the screenshot of the trade window if you do make a deal.
  12. @immimo The Shiny Mamoswine was forcefully traded to the winner. 1m was added to your account. Next time please use the Report button under your post to bring it to our attention. By simply quoting or tagging Trade Moderators you're taking an unnecessary risk of going unnoticed. I can be busy with other affairs or overall unavailable which would only delay the fulfillment of your request. By reporting with the button you're ensuring everyone on the team sees it and you'll get the fastest response possible. Will be locking the thread since it's served its purpose and there is no further action to take. Take care.
  13. It's normal to have misunderstandings if you don't know how it works. Let me explain it briefly. Auctions have a deadline which is (or should be) included in the trade message, regardless if they are being held in-game or in the forum. In-game auctions usually take much lesser time since in-game is harder for the auctioneer to manage the offers/bids coming in. In those cases when you bid you can expect to win it (or lose) very shortly after. Forum auctions usually take more than a day, at the discretion of the auctioneer of course, in order to reach a wider range of players that might be interested in purchasing. While being easier to manage because the forum is being used as a platform to log irrefutable offers. In these cases, they are free to advertise their forum auction in Trade chat, mentioning the current offer (CO) or best offer (BO) and the ending point (or how much time is left). The offers received in-game are then screenshot and posted in the auction thread in order to be validated. I've checked the message used in Trade chat and it included the Scyther's BO (500k) and the time remaining (2 and half hours). You've messaged the auctioneer with a 550k offer, he validated it so from that point onward you had the highest offer. It ended a few hours after and the seller tried to reach you for a few days to conclude the trade but wasn't being successful, so he reached out to staff to help. That's when the trade was forced in the conditions agreed (Scyther <-> 550k). To complement what I've just said, you can read the Trade Rules and Auction Rules. This misunderstanding is unfortunate and I do apologise for the inconvenience. In the future, when in doubt, please ask the seller for the information on how he's handling the sale (offer only, fixed price, in-game auction, forum auction, etc.) so you have a better idea before proceeding with a bid/negotiation. If you have additional questions or doubts please let me know. Or if you don't, let me know as well so the thread can be locked as resolved. Looking forward to your reply.
  14. Hello @Shuvrooo, The Scyther was transferred to your account and 550k were removed in result of this auction. I sent you a login notification regarding this action, you didn't receive it? It wasn't you who bid for this Scyther? Looking forward to your reply.
  15. @immimo The additional available payments and the insta have been removed. You cannot add them after the auction has started. Please read the Auction Rules to prevent further rule breaking in the future. Good luck in your sale.
  16. @Dwts In this auction it wasn't an issue since the Froakie was insta'ed, but in the future, keep in mind that every offer you receive that is not in the auction's thread must be proven with a screenshot. Unproven bids won't ever be valid. Please familiarise yourself with the Auction Rules if you haven't already. Will be locking the thread as it's served its purpose.
  17. @Sigaratus In the future please update your thread when the Pokemon leave your ownership and announce the auction's cancellation. To everyone who bid - apologies for inconvenience. Have confirmed the Weavile was sold before the starting bid was made. Therefore this auction is void. Will lock the thread in result of it.
  18. @kejnedar The Scyther was forcefully traded to the winner. 550k were added to your account. Will be locking the thread since it's served its purpose and there is no further action to take.
  19. @Metalona Apologies for the inconvenience but it looks like the auction has ended before your offer. @Celestic In the future please post the screenshot of the trade and change the title to give an indication that the auction has ended or the Pokemon was sold. Will be locking the thread since it's served its purpose.
  20. @Bavarias Since you don't have the necessary funds to honour the trade, you will be punished for False Offering. I urge you to pay more attention in the future. @Zeskyr Your auction is void. Will be locking the thread due to this ordeal. Apologies for the inconvenience. Feel free to make a new thread to sell your Pokemon.
  21. @Bavarias You will be punished accordingly to the Punishment Policy if you don't complete the trade. I'm going to give you 12 hours to do so. Action will be taken after you've made your decision.
  22. @kejnedar The offer of 550k came from the fact you told him the current highest offer was 500k - when this offer wasn't acknowledged, there isn't any proof of it being real. The authenticity of an offer is not determined by your word, you need to screenshot every offer that you receive in-game and post it here. Claiming to the bidder an unproven current highest bid can be seen as Deceiving. If you had told him the current offer for the Gible was 300k, he would have offered the amount in reaction to that fact. Please read the rules that I've provided. The current offers stand as previously stated.
  23. @Bavarias You cannot withdraw your offer, please read the Trade Rules. Bidders have the responsibility of being aware of what they are bidding on. This includes the server which the sale is taking place. If you win, you will have to transfer and complete the trade. Failing to do so will result in punishment for False Offering. Please be more careful in the future to avoid inconvenience for both you and the one selling.
  24. Hello @Wargorek, friendly reminder that once the auction starts, you can't change any parameter, and that includes the Insta price. If you don't add it before the first offer, you can't do it later. Please familiarise yourself with the Auction Rules and Trade Rules to prevent possible future infractions. Good luck.
  25. @SusantLc You have to provide evidence of every offer received in order for it to be valid. The auction will not begin until you can prove the existence of an offer. Please read the Auction Rules and Trade Rules to avoid future mistakes. Looking forward to see your correction.
