I believe I started the quest a long time ago and when im trying to do it now it wont let me progress, the orbs wont spawn in any of the locations they are supposed to, so now I cant battle palika or dialga (I might have in the past) but for some reason arceus wont spawn for me I tried getting seen data from ash westbrook but it didnt solve the problem. this is what im getting when im talking to prof rowan: this is what im getting when talking to dawn when talking to TV: at wayward cave: how can I progress from here?

Tyranitar and clodsire are two different pokes. they are being auctioned separately. Which poke are you talking about? I think you are getting confused between the different pokemon being auctioned
