Because it was never specified that the auction would start from 1st bid/1st offer, this auction has already started as of thread creation. Hello @Fernandoselim, I already spoke with Anikshikder's alt in game, and were able to confirm what you said, regarding the fact the bidder did not have the money to pay at the end of the auction. Hence, it was already a false offering in the beginning. I can see that the shiny Pumpkaboo was already traded away, thus it's no longer available to be forced, whether Anikshikder already has the funds or not. @Anikshikder will be handled in accordance with our Punishment Policy, however, I will also take the extenuating circumstances into account for this case.
