Dear @Staryje, Pokemon with ability Synchronize increase the chance of wild Pokemon by 50% to have same Nature as your Synchronize Pokemon. All you need to do is to put it on 1st slot on your team and it can either alive or fainted. There are many Pokemon with Synchronize ability like Natu, Abra, Ralts. Example - Synchonize Adamant Abra: 50% more chance that wild Pokemon will have Adamant nature. You can get these synchonize Pokemon by either catching them in the wild or buy them from Trade chat. I understand the frustration you feel, but please understand us. We are trying to make the game better. In the future, you can press [F2] in-game and use command 'perf' then record your gameplay. It can be used as evidence if you ever get fault ban from Speed Hack. Dear @Hor, In order to convert Kyurem into White-Kyurem, you need both Kyurem and Reshiram, then talking to the stone in Eindoak cave. You can go to Eindoak by taking a ship from Lilycove(Hoenn) to Eumi Theme Park, then taking to another sailor to move to Eindoak town. The cave is on the North of Eindoak town. You can catch Reshiram in Dragonspiral Tower in Eindoak, but you need item Light Stone which is only obtainable by chance from Dungon of Truth which is only available during Christmas. So if you do not catch Reshiram or own a Light Stone, you cannot convert them to Kyurem-White for now. If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Best regards, PinkFurret

Dear @Tjodon11, First of all, thank you for reporting, but everything goes as intended. As of previous update on 1st August 2023, there was a massive Exp rework which now rely on Gen 7 Exp formula. All Pokemon require less Exp to level up, but also earn less Exp from fighting. This update also includes gym level optimization, Pokemon can now evolve without Exp panalty, additional methods to earn Exp which are Exp share and Catch Exp,and also Trainers Tower.
