Just to update, @Vansh01 has held his bid for a full 15 minutes at "50k each" (which included Noivern and Flygon). There has been no interrupted bid / raise on Noivern since then. Noivern is now off the table, claimed by @Vansh01 Flygon continues

As @Vansh01 has bid within the final 15 minutes of the auction, the 15 minute rule applies. Auction goes on. The last bid that holds for a full 15 minutes wins.
