  1. Excellent! Feel free to make a thread in the future if you need any more assistance. Ayroo
  2. Hey, I will forward your request to an admin to get your issue resolved! Do you remember approximately the dates when you bought each of the pick axes? Ayroo
  3. Hey, We apologize for the inconvenience, as the description in the coin shop says the bms only provides a 20% boost to the HA finding chance. I will forward this to an administrator to see if there is any chance to refund your item, although your item has already been in use. Accident's happen, it's not the end of the world! Black Medallions aren't exactly cheap, but I suggest you hustle some extra money making to make it up! My go-to guide is this: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/134841-how-to-make-money-in-pro-101-the-guide/ Finally, remember that you can always reach out to the forums here and ask about an item if you want to know more about how it works! There are a lot of active, helpful, and knowledgeable players here who will step up to help out I apologize again and I hope you have a good day, Ayroo
  4. Hey, I'm really sorry you're dealing with this, you've got the right idea though with those requirements! Since you've clearly beaten Red, I suggest checking caught-data first. Could you please double check the caught data you have? You can do this without manually counting them; Just go to Professor Oak in Pallet town and ask him! He will tell you your current caught data of Pokemon in the Kanto region. Remember, you'll need 120 caught data of specifically Generation I (Kanto) Pokémon for you to gain access to Trainer's Valley! I'm sure you know that you can check your evo caught amount in the bottom left of your Pokedex below the Seen and Owned amounts, but I'd suggest checking that again too if the caught data method above doesn't help. I want to mention that the 38 evo data requirement is global, not Kanto based. That might help you meet the requirement if you find out that you haven't quite reached the mark yet! Please let me know if you are still having issues after double checking, Ayroo
  5. Hey, I know this is frustrating and I apologize for the wait. The plan as you know is for the Fire Punch TM to be available to allow Ursaluna to learn it without needing to train before evolving! The devs are actively working on an update that it along with so much more stuff, but I can't give an ETA on its addition. Unfortunately, for now the only thing I can ask is that you patiently wait for the day they do add it, since we do not have the necessary tools to perform devolutions. I'm very sorry and I hope you'll be patient in the meantime, Ayroo
  6. Hey, Check for it equipped to the Gyarados in the 1st or 2nd box in your pc I've had items accidentally misplaced on Pokémon that I then store in my boxes only to forget about it until months later - It happens to everyone, no worries! Ayroo
  7. Hello, I'm very sorry you've encountered this. This situation is not part of intended gameplay, has been forwarded to the devs to be fixed, and will be fixed. Thank you! In the meantime, I recommend you talk to Nurse Joy and get your Pokémon healed up for free! Let me know if you have any other issues, Ayroo
  8. Hey, As N0tluffy said, check your backpack and look around for your displaced clothing! Inside your backpack, click on the Clefairy icon to view only cosmetics in your inventory. Additionally, there are many places in PRO to buy cosmetics! Here's many of your options: -Lavender Town's Costume Mart! This is probably the easiest for you to get to; this shop will sell you basic cosmetics for Pokedollars, and you'll soon reach Lavender Town if you haven't already! The shop looks like a purple and yellow tent in the lower part of the town. -PVE coin shops! PVE coins are a currency you can gain in MANY different ways in PRO, but you can go to any of the Marts in the world, located in: -Kanto -> Celadon City -Johto -> Olivine City -Hoenn -> Mauville City -Sinnoh -> Canalave City My favorite way to get PVE coins is from the Bug Catching Contest located just above Goldenrod City in Johto! You can learn more about PVE coins here: https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=PvE_Coins -PVP coin shops! PVP coins are a currency obtained through playing PVP matches using the match finder in the bottom left of your screen, though you will need level 100 Pokémon in order to queue into the normal queue. Alternatively, you can also play Random PVP which has no Pokémon level requirement to queue into, but the coin rewards are only given at the end of the season proportionate to how many wins you have above your losses, so it's quite a bit slower. You can learn more about PVP coins here: https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=PvP_Coins -Trade chat or the PRO forums! You may see many people advertising cosmetics or cosmetic shops in either the trade chat or the forums here, and you can use Pokedollars to buy these cosmetics too! This thread was posted a couple weeks ago, so it's possible you solved your issue, but in case you didn't please let me know! Ayroo
