Hey, Could you try to enter the Diglet's Cave through the other entrance on Route 11 (just East of Vermilion)? Typically, players don't initially enter the cave through Route 2 first. If you talk to the Karate Master at the other entrance and then make your way through, the diglet will leave! p.s. Since you are already here, I suggest talking to Oake's aid inside the stophouse below (just a bit below where you are in the screenshot) to retrieve HM Flash before you go!

Hey I'm very sorry about the delay in response, as long as you and your brother are playing on separate devices and registered under separate emails, you are each permitted to own and play on your own respective (up to) 4 accounts. Would you mind listing out the accounts you own, and the accounts your brother owns?

Hello, Your next objective is to obtain your 4th badge in Celadon City! To travel there, you must first travel to Lavender Town. I don't know where you are in Kanto right now, but here is a basic guide from Vermillion City: From the Vermillion City Gym, head North to Route 6. In Route 6, enter the tunnel in the North East corner of the map. This tunnel will lead you to Route 5. In Route 5, head North to Cerulean City. In Cerulean City, head East to enter Route 9. Travel to the East section of Route 9 and then continue South through the Rock Tunnel. Don't forget to interact with the holes on each side of the cave so that you can fast travel later! Keep heading South until you reach Lavender Town. Go West to enter Route 8. When you reach the West part of Route 8, there is a tunnel to go underground, which you should enter. This tunnel will lead you to Route 7, and from there head West to reach Celadon City! Talk to Sergeant Rick to continue the main story quest. I highly suggest you use one of the PRO Kanto walkthrough guides to help you if you ever find yourself lost. You can find them here and here Please tell me if my response doesn't help you, or if you have a question! Ayroo

Your charmander has been restored! Is there anything else I can help you out with?
-
Hey, We absolutely can perform the recovery, but in order to do so, I need you to hunt one or two charmanders, with the iv total of at least 119, and delete (bin) them manually. This will be our workaround for adjusting your point total in your case. We will be able to verify that the deletion has occurred. Once you have done this, please respond and the adjustment will be made! Ayroo

Hey, I'm really sorry about that, currently you and several other users are experiencing the same very real bugs with the lake trio quest and the content scripting team is actively investigating. Though I don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, I will reply with a comment here to let you know! Again, really sorry you're dealing with this, Ayroo

Hey, To add on to what Mysticwind said, after defeating the hard mode, you can talk to the Gengar in the Sealed Chamber again and select, "I'm tired of your lackeys, fight me!" in order to do the special mode to obtain the Mega-Gengar outfit. Please let me know if this resolves your issue, Ayroo

Hey, The next step for you is to head left and enter Route 8! From there, keep going left until you find the tunnel to go underground. The tunnel will take you to Celadon City where you can win the Rainbow badge. I highly suggest checking out the Kanto Walkthrough on our wiki! It details each step from start to finish in the region: https://wiki.pokemonrevolution.net/index.php?title=Kanto_Walkthrough Please let me know if this works for you, Ayroo

Hey, I'm sorry that you're having this problem, Ever since the patch two days ago, users are complaining of their anti-virus programs false flagging PRO and deleting files that are necessary for the game to run. The developers take measures to avoid this as best as possible by uploading PRO's files to popular anti-virus services to get them scanned and approved ahead of time, but when critical bugs are found and hot fixes are performed, the services begin to falsely flag the same files again and the dilemma repeats itself. To get around this issue, the simplest option is to install the 32-bit version of the game for the time being, which should not trigger any anti-virus false-positives. The 32-bit version does not cause significantly lesser performance, and installing it is a temporary fix while popular anti-virus services scan and approve PRO's new files. If this for any reason does not work, or if you would prefer not to use the 32-bit version, here is a step-by-step guide to circumventing the issue: Turn off Windows Defender & any other anti-virus software temporarily. Find a location on your computer where you would like to store the game, and create a folder named "PRO". Once done, minimize this window for now. At the bottom of your screen, click on the search bar, type windows security, and click on the option that shows up. Make sure the option you click on brings you to a Windows settings window with the aforementioned name and not to Bing's online search results. In Windows Security, click on the "Virus & threat protection". Under "Virus & threat protection settings", click "Manage settings". Scroll down to the section for "Exclusions", and then click "Add or remove exclusions". After accepting the Windows Security request, you can click "+ Add an exclusion". You will then pick the folder that will contain your PRO game files. Now Windows Defender will ignore this folder when looking for security threats. Download PRO and extract the .zip to the folder you earlier named "PRO". Do NOT use any downloaded PRO files you obtained before you started this checklist process. Launch PROClient.exe, and try logging in. Turn on your Windows Defender again! If the above doesn't work, restart your PC, try launching PRO, and then start these steps over only if the problem persists. Lastly, if you are still having issues, it's worth trying to run the PRO launcher as an administrator. Anti-virus programs should stop false-flagging PRO's files after a few days, but for now these are your best options. Please let me know if your problem persists, or if you are using a different OS than windows, Ayroo

Hey, Your software flagging PRO is giving you a false alert, don't worry! There are very few anti-virus programs that have problems with the PRO client, including a variant of your own anti-virus Avira: VirusTotal, which is a highly trusted online anti-virus checker, lists 64/65 anti-virus programs giving PRO a perfect score! In order to play, you'll have to add an exception for PRO through your anti-virus software. Each anti-virus program has different ways to add exceptions however, so I wouldn't know the exact process through Avira. Please let me know if you have any more questions, Ayroo

Hey, You're good to go with your idea! The only problems would be if then you started **actually** using an out-of-game currency in any way, like Bitcoin, for transactions directly involving PRO accounts/players. Let me know if you have any other questions, Ayroo
