The Mysterious Candy was added to PRO to let players evolve Pokemon at level 100, so this method will work any time you have this predicament! Additionally, specifically concerning Pancham, you will need to also have in your party a dark type Pokemon when you use the candy, just like you normally would if evolving Pancham normally!
