Hi! @Coder3462 I apologize for the delayed response. There are a few things I'll need to ask before going forward: Have you been able to progress into the Shellbell Quest since you have submitted this issue? Added to the above screenshots, could you please try and provide a few more screenshots, such as the dialog when talking to the hiker or anything else you can think of that may be of use. Hi! @Rudraak Apologies for the Delayed Response! Looking at the time you posted this issue i believe that the servers were down during this period where you were not able to log in. The servers should be back online now. If you are still experiencing issues you can try: Using a VPN or your mobile Data to log in and then switching back once you are in. Hi! Apologies for the delayed response! To confirm for you, your Greninja can and should be able to learn Sludge Wave both through the TM and the move Tutor in Celadon. Looking at your screenshots i can see neither option worked for you, because of that this could potentially be a bug. I will go ahead and look into this further for you. Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your EXP. Share, I have had a look into it for you and from what i can see your item is in your inventory somewhere currently. Could you please double check your inventory for me, and check if any of your Pokémon may be holding that item. I understand how frustrating it must be to lose points due to something like this, That said, you bringing this up is still very valuable and appreciated. Going forward I strongly recommend reporting this in the Bug Resolution Center on the forums, along with any evidence you may have (such as screenshots or your stream recording). While i cannot guarantee compensation will be possible, reporting it there helps make sure the issue is properly investigated and can prevent it from affecting other players. If that is everything, I will go ahead and close this thread. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund in this case, Due to the purchase being made approximately 15 months ago, and there isn’t enough information available for us to verify the transaction details. Since the currency used (PvE or PvP coins) isn’t known and cannot be confirmed on our end, we are unable to process the refund. I understand this may be disappointing and i apologize i cannot help further, but due to the time passed and lack of known details, the purchase has to be considered as final. Hi! I am sorry to hear you were having problems trying to catch Entei and Raikou, but the situation you are describing is most likely not a bug. In Pokémon Revolution Online the Mysterious Ticket encounter for Birth Island isn't guaranteed to give you either Raikou or Entei even if you have not been able to catch them yet. You are still able to get other rare Pokémon such as the Hydregion as he is classed as a Pseudo-Legendary, this all depends on how the system rolls your encounter. Because of this, using the ticket and not getting the desired legendary is considered normal and so tickets are not usually refunded. Re-interacting with Suicune will also not change the results of the previous ticket that was used. If you do believe something has gone wrong during this encounter then i encourage you to report it in the bug forms with any proof you may have, but unfortunately from what you're describing it looks like intended behavior more than a bug. I understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, however if you are able to provide any evidence of it being a bug then i will look further into this for you. Thanks! Satellar

Hi! I am sorry to hear about the issue regarding the accidental evolving of your Pokémon, sadly De evolving Pokémon is not something us as PRO staff can offer. De evolving can be permitted if its provider to service provider without the consent of the owner, With that being said De evolving your Pokémon is something I cannot provide otherwise. I can understand this isn't the outcome you'd have hoped for and with that I apologise, it's ultimately up to the player to ensure that when evolving/not evolving that they are cautious with the option they choose. Hi! this is a discord issue rather than a game issue, you said that your friends can see the game as you play, this can mean the overlay itself just isnt working properly. Here are a few things you can try to fix this- you can try enabling the game overlay in discord settings- game overlay check that PRO is added in the registered games section you could try and run the game as an admin sometimes changing the game from borderless/windowed to fullscreen can help with these issues Let me know if any of these solutions work for you!
