  2. A fun idea but it would probably break a lot of the game's variables for any player who reset their region. Just training your Pokemon to a higher level is a better option than completely restarting a region. Also, if you really want to restart the game you can play on a different server or create a new account :) Since coins are exclusively a reward for donating and donations are the only thing that keeps the servers up, it's improbable that they'll ever be obtainable through gameplay.
  3. Sadly, there is nothing that staff can or will do about this. If you read the Read this before making a General Support topic you'd see 'Pokemon being unable to evolve at level 100' under the Non-negotiable issues. Next time, to avoid this from happening, you should evolve your Pokemon during the mid level 90's.

  10. Have you tried the fixes that I suggested? I've seen people with this issue on countless occasions and reinstalling it with a different unzipping program has fixed it 100% of the time.
  11. A screenshot of your issue would be useful, however, from what you describe, it could be an issue with the extraction of your client. Uninstall the game completely and re-install it. This time you should use an unzipping program like 7-Zip or WinRAR as these rarely cause this issue. If that doesn't work then make sure that your graphic card is up to date.
  12. I'll start by saying that you took the playercount at the wrong time. Most Americans are asleep and a lot of Europeans just woke up or are at school/ work. What you displayed isn't an accurate representation on PRO's average playercount. Secondly, This is impossible. Some players have saves on multiple servers, if two servers merged then these players would have to start again from scratch; and I don't see that going down well. Combining severs wont really solve anything as next year, during Summer when everyone is free again, there will be another massive influx of players. At that point there will be huge queue and everyone will complain and ask for a new server. Then after a few months the player count will die down again and there will be posts like these popping up on the forums every now and then. I feel that this cycle will continue for as long as PRO exists. Also, don't worry about this. Staff are bringing in plenty of new apprentices who will be able to help moderate the game :)

  17. This is happening because of a recent boss update. A lot of bosses were updated a week and a bit ago so it will take 2 weeks, from the time they were updated, for you to be able to battle them. I'm not sure why it displays 0/ negative numbers but they should be fine once they are actually ready to battle :p
  18. Welcome to PRO :) I'd say that Red server is the best but that's because it's the server I play the most. Red is mostly populated by older players; same thing with Blue. Where as Yellow is mostly populated with newer players as it has spent the last few months as the default server. In the end, it's up to you. But know that you're welcome on all servers :)
  19. Try reinstalling the client. Make sure that you install the correct version for your PC (64-bit for a 64-bit PC). If you are still getting this issue then update your drivers with Driver Booster. Make sure all previous versions of PRO are uninstalled too. You can use CCleaner to clear up any leftover files.

  21. I'm not sure why it would download PROKarp since that was the last update. PROHaunter is the new one. Try downloading from any of the mirrors that are linked in this topic. Again, make sure that you uninstall PROKarp from your phone before installing the newer version.
  22. Make sure that you're downloading the client from the correct places. You can try the Downloads page or one of the mirrors. If you were already using one of these then try a different one. It could just be the case that one of the downloads hasn't been updated. (You should be downloading PROHaunterDroid.apk)
