Considering staff members volunteer their time to help moderate and create the game, I don't see an issue with them using them in PvP. Besides, they aren't even that strong compared to everything in the current meta; all of them have 600, or less, base stats. (Also all the staff are trash at PvP (Especially Deidara)). It also takes more than just a good Pokemon to climb in PvP, there's a lot of skill, prediction and awareness that goes into it. Having one or two Pokemon with strong IVs isn't a huge game changer when you know how to deal with them lol :Ambivalent:

There was a similar instance of this on Red a VERY long time ago. The two players who caught the Pokemon figured out that they had caught the Pokemon at the exact same time which lead me to believe this possibly tricked the game into distributing the same IVs on two Pokemon. However it hasn't happened since so there's no way to prove this theory. It is interesting though. A very rare encounter if it is completely randomized.

Restart your client and it will fix it :p It's been around for a while so I guess there's no other fix to it :(

I personally use Photoshop. I tried Gimp once and didn't like it. Since I've been using Photoshop for about 4 or 5 years, I've gotten quite used to its layout and tools. I also think that Photoshop offers a lot of tools that Gimp doesn't, which may not be used as you start but they will become more useful later on. If you can, try to get a Photoshop. It'll be much better in the long run :)
