Just spoke with someone who had the exact same issue as you. We had already gone through the fixes you had tried but after a while of fiddling he found a solution. To fix it he dragged the contents of the .ZIP into another folder (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc..). This seemed to have fixed the problem entirely. I may add that just copying and pasting the contents somewhere else should work too. Hopeful, this fixes your issue.

Did the server/ your internet connection time out after you bought the card? If the server rolled back or your data wasn't saved correctly then there isn't much that staff can do without proof of the transaction between you and the NPC. Double check with the other NPC and see if they act as if you do have the card. If not then you might just have to spend another 200k. Maybe you can record the purchase and present it in the NPC & Scripting Bugs forum if it occurs again.

Try logging in at a different time of the day; maybe an hour or so later. It could just be a case of the server not being able to send the information right now. Maybe restarting your PC could help too. Also, see if you can play on other servers. If everything is fine on those then it likely is just an issue with Red server.

Could you explain your issue a little? From the image you've posted I can gather that you're stuck with no Pokemon or Pokedollars. This could be because of high latency between you and the server. Try closing the game and restarting your internet connection. From there just load in how you normally would. If the problem persists then try waiting in-game until you get AFK kicked; this usually fixes issues between the player and the server, i.e Maps not loading.

Hi. Sadly this issue will occur from time to time. It's caused when you aren't logged out correctly. The only way to fix it is to wait for a server reboot/ crash. This will force your character to log out. You can check the Server Status Checker to know when you're able to play again. To avoid it in the future, make sure to log yourself out correctly. Sometimes players will Alt F4 to log out and this is one of the main causes to the issue. Make sure to click Escape then "Log out" to minimize this happening again. (Also your English is pretty good, no need to worry about that) :)

Go to Route 22, it's at the left hand side of Viridian. From there you can train your Pokemon to a higher level. Anything above level 8 shouldn't have a problem with it. You can always use potions if you're struggling (There's no shame) :) Best of luck on your adventure ^-^

It's true. Each Pokemon can have a maximum of 510 EVs invested into it, so as long as you have less you are still able to EV train. I wouldn't recommend it though since you'll end up getting a load of incorrect EVs whilst leveling and could end up spending money on EV reducing berries and, though they are cheap, it's just a big hassle to reset all the incorrect EVs.

If your guild gets on the Guild Ladder then all guild members are rewarded with 25% extra exp for a while. Not only that but guilds can be fun to just have a group of friends to play with. Lots of guilds arrange guild events for their members to compete in, possibly winning prizes and stuff. Guild chat isn't useless though, I still sometimes use it (Even though my entire guild is in the same Discord server) and I know a few other guilds use it too.

If you find any mapping errors you can report them in the Mapping Bugs section of the forums. This way the mappers will be able to easily find and fix them :p I giggled a little at that tree xD

(Images have been condensed into spoilers to avoid forum spam) Completely uninstall the game from your PC (Even deleting them from the Recycle Bin) and run CCleaner. Once all iterations of the game are uninstalled from your PC, search for "System" in the Windows Search Bar and click on the first result. From there you will see what system type you have/ need to download. Download that version from the Downloads Section and find it in your Downloads Folder. Click "Extract" then "Extract All" Choose where you want to install the game with the "Browse" button and click "Extract" again to start the process. The game will download and create a new folder, do not edit or move things from this folder. Click PROsystem type to launch the game. If you are still encountering the black screen then you might have to wait for the Developer to look into the issue as it seems to be happening to multiple people.

Which version are you using? (32-bit, 64-bit, Mac) You should also try extracting it with a different tool. I use the default Windows extractor as, for some reason, my PC doesn't like WinRAR. 7-Zip is also still a good option. Make sure all past versions of the client are completely removed from your PC before reinstalling.

Where are you downloading the client from? I'd recommend downloading it from one of the official mirrors. Once downloaded, try using a different Un-zipping program to extract the client (WinRAR or 7-Zip). If you still receive the error then screenshot the exact message you get and post it here. Since it is an issue with the client and not your PC, you shouldn't need to update your drivers but you could do it anyway to avoid any issues that might be caused after extracting the client. Use Driver Booster to update all your drivers efficiently.

I believe that Blue/Red PvP clothes are exclusive to their respective server. For example, Yellow server has the Yellow clothes.
