  1. The problem with community translation is the lack of moderation that would be put into it. Not only that but with the amount of dialogue in the game and the amount of dialogue being added to the game every day would make it near to impossible for it to be translated both swiftly and accurately. Unfortunately PRO will remain in English apart from a few translations to to the UI.
  2. Welcome to PRO! I hope you enjoy your adventure!
  3. To start Hoenn you will first need to catch a Rattata and train it to level 80. No really, that's a requirement  Then you have to beat the Youngster Joey boss at the Indigo Plateau to unlock the Hoenn Traveler. Talk to him and you'll be teleported to Hoenn. Good luck!

Being able to hunt/ shiny hunt specific Pokemon without encountering other Pokemon at the same time would quickly have a massive impact on the PRO economy. Rare Pokemon would become more common because of it and rare shinies would become almost worthless. The original games are mostly singleplayer (Apart from online battling) so being able to hunt rare shinies has no impact on how the games work however, because PRO is an MMO, things like shinies should be kept at a fixed rate and nothing should be able to modify that.
