When you are loading the map just go afk until the server kicks you; this can take around 30 minutes. After you are kicked you should be able to rejoin and the issue will be fixed. See here for more details.

All mounts are tradable. You first need to have 4 gym badges then drag the mount onto your Pokemon so it holds it. Then trade the Pokemon to your friend where he can un-equip the mount and use it.

What error code do you get when opening the application? I know of error code 0xc00007b which can cause issues like this so first you should just reboot your PC and see if the issue is still occuring. If it persists after a reboot then you could try reinstalling Microsoft's .NET framework and DirectX. Also make sure that Windows is up to date.

It's better to evolve all Pokemon at later levels, I recommend evolving it at around level 96/97 and using rare candies for the rest. This is because Pokemon at stage 1 level up faster than Pokemon at stage 2. Same thing applies to stage 3.

You will first need to go to Hoenn to get a Mudkip as Mudkip can only be found in Hoenn. You cannot trade Pokemon from regions you haven't visited yet. When you go to Johto all of your Kanto Pokemon will be locked in your PC until you beat the 8th gym. Mudkip is a starter in Hoenn, yes. You can also obtain it by finding it in the Hoenn safari zone.

When you catch a Pokemon it has a 5% chance of having it's hidden ability. You can see the Pokemon's hidden ability in the Pokedex. I assume it works the same in battle but it will have no effect outside of battle, (Finding random items,) as this would make finding rare items a lot easier.

Don't worry your account hasn't been hijacked. You're experiencing a server sided issue that occurs when you aren't logged out correctly. The server still thinks that you are logged in. Unfortunately no. In future you should evolve your Pokemon at level 97ish to avoid situations like rollbacks and missclicks. Keep the Pokemon in your box and perhaps there will be a way to do it in the future.
