Yep you can catch starter Pokemon in the wild, they are very rare though. As for Mega-Evolutions, they aren't coded correctly yet.

EV training is possible however IVs are random and aren't influenced by any other factors like breeding as breeding isn't in the game. All three servers are the same and have the same spawns so it doesn't matter which server you chose. I personally recommend Red as it seems to be the most popular however it's completely up to you. Honestly, just try waiting things out. As far as I know all of the server issues are being looked into and I can only assume they will be fixed soon. Just remain patient, :y:

Unfortunately game translation will never happen apart from a few translations to the UI. With the amount of dialogue in the game and the amount of dialogue being added to the game each day it would be impossible to translate everything swiftly and accurately. Not only that but community translation lacks moderation, anyone from any country could put something offensive in the game and staff would be none the wiser.

First of all there was no "map hack," there is an issue with the server host and it's being looked into. Honestly it depends on the seller; recently I've seen them selling from 250k to 400k.
