Which operating system are you using? Make sure you have extracted the files correctly, try reinstalling the game and extracting the game with WinRAR or 7Zip. Take a look at this crash fix too: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14688

If you're referring to the "-Insert Trainer- is about to send out -Insert Pokemon-, would you like to switch out?" feature then I can tell you that this was removed as a design choice to make the game harder. As far as I know there are no plans to ever implement this.

Each time you KO a Pokemon you get 1 happiness, this is doubled if your Pokemon is holding a Sooth Bell. You also receive 5 happiness every time you level up the Pokemon.

Try reinstalling the game again first, make sure you download the correct client. Then if you have any further crashes refer to this guide: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14738

You need 150+ happiness for your Pokemon to follow your orders, similar to how dig and headbutt works. You can check your Pokemon's happiness by typing "/happy #" in chat. # indicating the slot the Pokemon is in.

Unfortunately staff do not offer the option to reset your progress. Instead you can either start again on another server or create a new account to play on. Remember: You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person.

You're in a ghost queue. You are still connecting to the server but you cant see the queue, you can either wait it out or restart your client a few times to fix it.

It doesn't work that way. Please be patient and you should be able to play again soon, after the server reboots or crashes.
