Currently you can't evolve an Eevee into a Sylveon. To get a Sylveon you will have to catch it by headbutting trees in Trainers Vally.

Is it crashing the server or your client? Because Red has been on for over 7 hours without a crash. Also by "crash" do you mean you are getting stuck?

I don't think that fixes it :p He needs a staff member to move him in-game.

It's always been like that, I think it has something to do with the game calculating the XP as soon as you click a button. I assume this makes the game run faster too. \_(o.o)_/

Try also uncheck the v-sync option. I remember it worked for me. Uncheck the v-suync option increased the dialogue speed. Probably not a bug. You were most likely getting really unlucky.

Could it be that the server was lagging whilst you were playing? Server lag can often slow the NPC dialogue.

Sadly there is no way for you to evolve your Pokemon at level 100. In the future you should evolve your Pokemon at level 98 to avoid crashes and rollbacks. If I were you I'd put it in your box and wait until an item is added to reduce a Pokemons level. (No guarantee that this will happen it is only a rumor.)

Characters get stuck whilst the servers are unstable and a reboot will happen after the Admins are informed. Whist the server is unstable try to refrain from talking to NPCs and instead you should just train you Pokemon :Angel: Sorry for any inconvenience.
