The server is unstable at the moment and a reboot should be coming soon. Just wait until the server reboots and you should be able to talk to NPC's again :)

The staff are working on the two servers currently as well as Hoenn. I'm sure a new server will be added later but it isn't necessary now. This would be a good way to gain some reputation but I think that it could easily be abused. You can use repels or just click "run." I'm sure new items are planned for the future, however in terms or alternate payment methods I think Paypal is the safest and easiest right now. A mail system where you can send items is planned already. There is already a daily task manager who asks you to find a certain Pokemon and you are rewarded based on how good the Pokemon is in terms of IV's. However other quests would be a nice feature.

I'm fairly sure the staff could do something about his problem. Also there is nothing in the FAQ and rules which say they wouldn't. If you're friend has already completed Johto you could ask to borrow his Johto Pokemon to fly through what is left of the region. Alternatively, if you trust your friend enough, you could let him use your account so he can finish the region for you whilst you have limited time. If neither of these two options suit you then I hope a staff member can get into contact with you.

Open the task manager and see if the program is responding. If it isn't try reinstalling the game properly by deleting all files and running CCleaner. If the game is responding correctly try updating all the drivers on your PC. You could also run the program as an administrator and see if that works. I hope this can help you.

You could easily do either as it's IV's are really evenly spread out. It really depends on what your team is lacking; if you need a wall, make it a wall. If you need a support, make it a support. Good luck in PvP!

You can check why your account is banned here and appeal your ban here. Just to note you this is one of the rules: 2. You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. We do not offer support for proxy cases. If you are found linked with someone via proxy you will be banned if a ban issued is an IP ban. So good luck appealing the ban :p

You're just stuck. To fix it log out and log back in again, the servers are currently under maintenance so this is most likely the cause.
