Did you try to open it with Admin rights and in Win7 compatibility mode? I mean, i got Windows 10 64bit myself and i don't need to do any of these stuff, but who knows? It might actually help you.

Ghost queue, i guess? Just need a little bit of patience. Edit: Red server is full at the moment. So im sure you are in ghost queue. Wait for a few minutes and you will be logged in.

I've just found a sandile at the exact same place...strange! That is totally normal. You get Trapinch or Sandile from this spot. Seems like luck wasn't on your side this time (i got Sandile too, meh).

You need to catch all Kanto pokemons (plus some other requirements) to be able to catch a Mew. For a Celebi, you need to catch all Johto pokemons (plus other requirements obviously).

We all probably lost something due to server crashes. This is the biggest problem in the game currently. There is nothing that can be done in your case im afraid. We just need to wait till server will be fixed, but until that time... let's stay prepared for anything.

I don't rly support this idea. As far as i know not everyone playing PRO are able to count properly. That would only make things harder for some people xD
