I like how the attack with -10% nature, 0evs investment, 7ivs is still almost the same of sp atk +10% nature 31ivs 252 evs :) makes you wonder why modest gyarados isn't a thing :p Offering 10k because would be fun to spam it in all chat :)

His current most common moveset is actually good, there are a lot of moves that aren't implement yet :) power whip / leech seed / stealth rock / gyro ball should work more than fine while waiting more moves to come

Mine was a seel while hunting for piplup ages ago in seafoam :)
