There is not as there are a lot of children on this game, and people would usually put terrible innuendos and inappropriate names as the nicknames of their Pokemon. So in conclusion, they thought it'd be better to not have them as an option.

No no nono, probably not for a while. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if they are planning to release the blue server and Hoenn simultaneously... :O They said the server would be up in a weeks time if everything goes correctly. I don't think that Hoenn will be released in a week, lol.

I'm not sure if this was asked already but if you were to buy membership on the Red server, would it transfer over to the Blue server?

Why is there the ability to get the Smooth and Damp Rock in game but not the Heat Rock? It's like you're purposefully trying to kill my team..

Does this mean that Mew can only be caught at certain times of the day?

I'm actually kind of curious as to why Rain teams are a lot more viewed as "meta" than Sun teams. I'm noticing it's just mostly because of Kingda, which I can see because it can take down Mence, T-tar, Weavile and a few other "fan favorite" pokes with ease. However I honestly do think that a sun team with a trapper (such as Dugtrio) is either something that hasn't been heard of or just isn't built yet. You will all wait to see the terror that is my sun team >:)

I mean fair enough but that shouldn't be why it can't re-learn the move. Pokemon should have every move at their disposal that could've been learned previously, not just that evolution. If I would've known that, I wouldn't have gotten rid of it.

I taught my Bellossom Petal Blizzard so I could last longer to train, and now I want to re-learn sleep powder. As it was one of it's previous moves, why can't it re-learn it at the Move Buffet? Can someone explain?

The only answer I can come up with is that you downloaded an outdated version of the game OR you maybe downloaded 32-bit instead of 64-bit and vice versa? I'm on Windows 8 and have absolutely no problem running it.
