I will recommend you try probably making a new account with providers named as Gmail. However, if you want keep your username... there have no specific/time limit due date before the email (not confirm) be delete. You maybe need to wait for long (months)... Hope it help you. I doubtfully Gardevoir can have fairy move at the moment as the movepool not updated yet and Dazzling Gleam TM not in game also. And yes, staffs planning to implement the 6th gen movepool, but I don't have the timetable for it. Sorry for your inconvenience.

The last time, server has been crash, but now it will be stable. Just try it again (2-3 times) and you will be fine.
