Your friend lost your name, and you have his name in list 4/Roll back issues I will suggest both of you delete and relog, then try to add again. It will fixed then.

Personally, I like animation sprite than 3D sprite. However, as Arnie said it take too much time consuming and also have more custom pokemon in PRO... it nearly impossible to implement it when staffs have more priority task then this...

I will recommend you try probably making a new account with providers named as Gmail. However, if you want keep your username... there have no specific/time limit due date before the email (not confirm) be delete. You maybe need to wait for long (months)... Hope it help you.
