  1. Quality of life! When something faints I dont want to use revives, those are for boss battles. When something is low level i'm going back and forth a lot.
  2. Cerulean Cave is the premiere spot to raise pokes. And having to load a new route to zip around trees to then come back to the same area (since the cave is in the Cerulean City loaded area) is tiresome and wastes extra time. Why not have an npc blocking a small path that allows players to surf to CC from the sidewalk rather than have to go all the way around? And he moves only when CC is unlocked? Or for those players who like something to sink money into, he'll only move if he takes a bribe of $50k (or whatever amount)? This would be a small quality of life change, would require minimal effort/redesign (I would think) and in general be positive. Thoughts?
  3. I don't see any reason they'd update them anytime soon. There is plenty more content that can be added (which generates more people playing which in turn generates more revenue) to be added before changing the stats of irrelevant pokemon to make them only 80% as irrelevant as they were before. Move sets on the other hand, do get updated eventually. However they haven't released all the sixth gen movesets for every poke, so I don't think seventh gen is in the nearby future. I guess what i'm saying is if you think this will happen soon. based on previous styles of updating, it will not. Don't spend time waiting for your Volbeat or Mantine.
  4. If you look at the link prehax posted, thats the color of "blue" from season 3. Looks like cyan to me, but that's what its called i guess.
  5. keep trying... get more than one pokemon. You can get a poliwag in the route west of Viridian at night, or a budew in Viridian forest. Both are great for taking down Brock. Hate to break it to you, but if you think grinding at level 13 is bad you've got a whoooooooooooole lot comin.
  6. The winners of the PVP tournament were allowed to get pvp clothes in any colour, per Daeon. I don't know if this means any existing colour, or literally any colour on the palette. That's only thing I can think of. Edited to include link to post: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=62321
  7. In my experience the allow controller function has never worked. I currently use an external mapping program called Joy2Key, free to download and its safe. Allows you to map buttons on your controller to keys on your keyboard. You just need to have it open when playing PRO in the background. What Keymappings do you suggest? For my Xbox 1 Controller I use: joystick and dpad assigned to their movements (up on dpad and joystick is up arrow or W) etc A button assigned to Left click/Z (whatever the button you use to talk to people is) B button assigned to x Then i use triggers and bumpers for the hotkey slots. hotkeys are numbered 1-6 so 1 is LB 2 is LT etc. This is all my personal preference tho. Use what feels good for you!
  8. I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure the medicine knowledge is the doctor quests. Those are the quests you get once you do the Brock mission, at least.
  9. Unfortunately it just sounds like you've had some bad luck. I've got ~800 hours in game and i've never left a boss fight feeling like I was cheated. Sure, sometimes a lucky critical might make me lose my set up pokemon (looking at you, Greninjack), but its never consistent. Judging by the fact you're using flash six times per poke, might I suggest using a tactic that does more damage faster? If you're spending 10-15 turns per poke then obviously its going to seem like you're getting a lot of criticals on you just because of the sheer volume of moves being used against you. Also your second example is confusing. What azumarill uses hydro pump? Also blissey is arguably the best Sp Def tank in the game as well as massive HP. 6 Hydro Pumps from an azumarill *literally* should not damage you if you have leftovers/softboiled. Again, it sounds like you had a string of bad luck, but maybe try some new tactics when fighting bosses if you're having difficulty.

  11. No, there are multiple servers for this reason. Less than a year ago there was only red and blue and both had queues of over 1000 people and the wait time would be half an hour. Servers are slow right now because students are back in school and the weather (in the western world at least) is starting to warm up so more people are going outside. When spring break and summer roll around population will likely be in the 800-1200 range. And as mentioned, when sinnoh is released there will be more activity as well.
  12. I don't see why it's a problem. I haven't read the TOS lately (or at all) but there'd be no way to track who logs in that account anyways. Unless PRO's account services can track IP sign-in or unusual behaviour. But again, if you're just playing to have fun with it, it would be the same as making a new account. I would think.
  13. I wouldn't use this. The iv's are good but Sap Sipper is far superior ability, and the nature is really quite poor. Gentle/Lax are never good natures to have. If you were to raise it, you could use it for fighting bosses, but as far as pvp goes, it's not a great poke.
  14. Personally, if its locked up somewhere i'll forget about it. If I see I have lots of money on my bar, I spend it on junk stuff like taking transport two towns over or between exca sites lol. I'd be in favor of adding this for this sake alone.
  15. No, that we are working on Pinkan Island at around the same time as VD is a complete coincidence.. I'm very sorry if we confused you guys with this! Ah well. Content is content. I won't complain about a new area/event no matter when it comes!
  16. RIP. So the PInkan/PInk sprite pokemon aren't tied to V-Day at all? seemed like it was a given haha
  17. Turtwigggggggggggggggggggggg. Sinnoh is the first generation (in my opinion) where all starters are super good. The previous 3 generations had one that was substantially lower than the other two.
  18. Came to post this. Can confirm it happens.
  19. I was aware that the trainers reset every week but i did not knew they get stronger each time we battle them. what i think is good that they get stronger, what i dont see the point or like is that we have to wait a entire week to battle them again. that i think is very boring not fun. And if u think is fun to spend hours farming ur pokemons by killing lv 30s wild pokemons i dont think thats its fun at all. Thats quite boring and Inefficient . Sure some probably the young have time and pacience for that but i think that most just want to have fun. There are areas that have wild level 60 pokemon. As well as areas with wild level 50 pokemon. Raising pokemon to 100 only really gets long around the 90s. And bottom line, this game is an MMO, it is supposed to be grindy.
  20. Thanks Naero. 2 things - The TM move is Protect, Protector is the item used to evolved Rhydon to Rhyperior. Second, the TMs are out of order on the page - it goes 66, 68, then 67. Thanks for the work on the wiki, will make searching for info so much easier in the future!
  21. I'm not sure if you're aware of this or not based on the fact you joined 8 days ago - but trainers reset every week. They get stronger every time you battle them. Side note - if you think rebattling NPCs would make the game more fun, then I feel like you have experienced none of what this game has to offer. Farming pokemon, PVP, and bosses are all very rewarding and offer enough variety to keep people entertained for a while.
  22. You need to have 5 badges, i'm pretty sure. You need to be at the point where you can actually use surf as an hm.
  23. Right, since you have 2 posts (both on this thread) and didn't think to screenshot your poke, this seems slightly unlikely. If it did happen, thats quite unfortunate, and we all feel for you.
  24. Then relog. This forces the client to save data. If this is actually true. You won't get a shiny dratini if you make a post later saying that a rollback caused you to lose it. Show a screenshot. And pray theres no rollback soon.
