Well using EQ on charizard seems an OP strategy.

I can give you more info. 15 gems are for the first. It encrease for the second (30), we don't know the third. IVs are confirmed 100 for the first. Encrease for second and third. Evos are confirmed 100.

I would be totally ok with requiring a fresh catch poke, but having it to be good, very good and epic (in this order), and having it being tier7+... meh.

The main problem with all of this is their decision to not release requirement. That was the very bad thing. We had to go just blind. And hope in kind people to guide. definitly. Best option imho: Legendary group: like it's now; Pseudo legendary group: fixed ability to get the best one, so no always h.a. Total removing of not pseudo legendary, so no Lucario, no Zoroark, no Volcarona. It's very bad and frustating to find those mon after the quest.
