Thor explained very adequately the situation, we understand any frustration this may cause. However, with that being said, it's important to keep in mind that the creation of this game is a hobby, and we also have one single developer. We also make it clear to our players that the game is in Beta and under constant development. All community and content staff are volunteers as Thor has stated also. Please be considerate and remember that we have real life commitments such as jobs and families, in that respect we are no different from our Players. We are thankful you enjoy the game, and that you are eager to see and explore more - it's fantastic to see people so enthusiastic and passionate about something you've created. I'm sure anyone who has taken part in any aspect of the creation or upkeep of the game is proud of themselves - but please understand that it can also be a little disheartening when comments are made suggesting there is an ulterior motive, especially when members have done their best to keep players informed and even gone to the effort of, like Thor has, reinstating events to make amends where possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, but please also do it understanding that our best is all we can give - and in some situations it does fall a short due to circumstances, this is a part of life and sadly, we're not immune to this. I hope this post can help give clarity and a bit more understanding to those who have questions or doubts. All servers have a relatively equal amount of players - there is no server that has dramatically less than another. If you are concerned about your viewers thoughts, simply let them know that the game is in beta, and still under development, as stated on the PRO Homepage. It is by no means faultless due to this. We are thankful for each player we have, and encourage people to play - however increasing queues are a by-product of this. In addition, as Toothless has mentioned, there are other factors to take into account with these topics, such as number of staff and stability issues. The game is also likely to suffer from bugs and crashes from time to time. Sadly, it's just the nature of the beast and at this time - there are no known plans to expand into another server as Yellow is still a very recent addition. If you or your viewers any have any problems, such as encountering bugs or community-related issues, please use the appropriate forums and we'll do our best to help where we can. Please do not report your own post to draw attention to it. Repeated behaviour like this will result in further action taken. We do not offer teleports for you being stuck in the game unless it is a technical issue. Please use the forums as a source of support for these issues, we have many Game Guides that can help. As Qhinn has said, this is perfectly fine. You may also advertise your stream in the Youtube & Twitch area of forums - and only every 30 minutes in the All channel when in-game. This is a very good idea, I would like to see this implemented also. I also like the concept of a toggled interface, so it can be played either way. In regards to some of the behaviour shown in this post, please be aware that the Rules also apply to the forums. If you see this happening, would you mind making screenshots and reporting this please? It is not feasible for those of us who do not understand Spanish to translate this in real-time and therefore moderating the channel in-game is incredibly difficult in an efficient manner, however in reports we do have time to translate and understand the true meaning of statements. Players themselves can help us a great deal by reporting things such as this, and is very much appreciated.
