just try to revert grafic card update (you can chosse what update) if the problem persists wait for another update of windows

try to revert that update,maybe is the problem (sometime windows update, update graphics cards)

mmmm con lo que lei ( usaste google traductor no? xd) tienes problemas de lag cuando entras al juego en cualquier momento y a cualquiera hora? no te fijaste si no tenias activado una opcion de los graficos del juego activada que anteriormente lo tenias desactivado? a que resolucion juegas? capaz y por ser una resolucion nueva te consuma mas video aunque es raro si anteriomente podias jugar bien
