Greetings [ref]shadowbullet7[/ref], some Pokemon have been built upon Gen IV - movepools, those don't include Fairy-moves yet, like Nathan stated. Be patient, those will be added over time. Only the first 200 Pokemon in the Dex do have Gen VI-movepools, among some exceptions.

You don't get experience points if you've already lost against that trainer/Gym Leader. I advise to level up your Pokemon if you're facing difficulties. This is no glitch at all, it's meant to be like that in order to avoid so called EXP-Boosts. Good luck with beating all the gyms!

Blue had crashed at that time. Status checkers stated it was online because they can't differate whether servers are down or just hit by lag. You can always ask here ~ IRC if you're not sure whether the servers are currently offline or not.

Players usually get stuck if the server is about to crash - server's bandwidth is exceeded to its maximum. Try to close your client completely and relog to avoid your problem. You can also try to hit ALT + TAB, if you character still can't move. Also, try to avoid talking to NPCs or even berries, simply avoid any interaction at this state.
