Make sure to add anything that verifies the payment. Adding screenshots of your inventory and your amount of coins will help aswell. Also review the server you've been playing on, you ordered the coins on PRO Blue and moved on to PRO Red perhaps?

Greetings, did you check if the medalion remained in your bag? You might have been hit by a rollback, but the item itself could remain in your bag. Also check your coins, you might have 100 coins again! Good luck!

There's various places, dependent on the level of Rattata. I advise to train at Cerulean Cave, in case you unlocked it, if it's 50+. Dragons Den will work just as good. Victory Road or Seafoam Island if it's below level 50.

Make sure you're logging on the right server, in general. There's diversive save-files for each server. Also, mind providing some screenshots (as well of your prior progress, if possible!) We will investigate what happened. Thanks.
