Which provider are you using? I advise to use a gmail or outlook account, because PRO is having issues with a lot of minor providers.

An auction house is already planned. To rate your pokemon, atm use the "Battle" chat.

Evidentemente non hai attivato il tuo account. Prova in qualche modo a fari rinviare l'email di attivazione, altrimenti crea un nuovo account. Se crei un nuovo account crealo con gmail o outlook perchè PRO ha problemi con parecchi altri providers.

You can't implement breeding to have full 31 ivs, that would ruin the economy and make the "pokemon catching" absolutely useless 'cause you would be able to create it.

As already said isa ghost queue. To avoid it just restart by closing completely your client.
