Welcome back! You probably need to Merge your account to play the game, as Red and Blue merged into one server :) I will link below the merge information from the PRO Discord. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts. You need an empty slot in your party, some Poke Balls in your bag and to level Nincada to 20. It will ask you to evolve to Ninjask. If the conditions above are met, you can accept and you will also get a Shedinja in your team, aside from a Ninjask. I hope this helped :)

I'm between -1 and +1 because it's a nice commodity, but the Pokecenters are always next to the reviving buildings, so I do not think it's needed at all.

I wish some of them would be coded, but they'd be too broken.

Macho Brace halves your speed in fights, so it usually happens in EV wald. I suggest you always train your pokemon to 50 or 60 before you enter the Wald, you'll ensure you don't get surprised :) (and screwed by Poliwrath's Hypnosis)
