+1 enable an option to skip this completely. This is unbearable for people who give EXP services. (It looks cool though, it's just time consuming and frustrating)

The PRO Member title applies whenever you have a Membership active ingame in your account :) you can purchase a Membership medallion and activate it ingame. You can donate to the game to obtain coins to purchase them or buy Coin Capsules from other players.
