When you trade a pokemon, its happiness resets to 70 and you have to regain it via fighting wild pokemon until it hits the 255 cap. Could this be your issue?

I like it. More organised, less messy cross server auction posts where there have to be two different monitored posts (one per server), and it's way less work for Trade Moderators. Really good idea!

Could it be instead that you're trading it to someone with a full Pokemon Party? If you do that, it will not allow you to evolve it, as they need one or two empty spaces in their party to evolve it. My Kings Rock looks the same but allows me to evolve pokemon.

It's not about speaking up for it. You can make a suggestion in the suggestions subforum without the need of disrespecting staff.

It's not that it's hard, and they're not incompetent nor do they ignore you. Deevolution is simply not possible. They don't have the tools to do it. It's not that they don't want, it's that it's impossible to do it. There's nothing to do if you evolved it wrong, it's just impossible to roll it back. Shaming and insulting them for your mistakes won't get you anywhere. Donating is optional, not obligatory. Accidents happen, it's happened to me too, but it's our fault.

It simply means that using specific combinations in PvP is bannable. For example, using Curse and Technician or Swarm Scizor is bannable because to be able to have Curse, it needs to be Light Metal.

Welcome back! You probably need to Merge your account to play the game, as Red and Blue merged into one server :) I will link below the merge information from the PRO Discord. If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts. You need an empty slot in your party, some Poke Balls in your bag and to level Nincada to 20. It will ask you to evolve to Ninjask. If the conditions above are met, you can accept and you will also get a Shedinja in your team, aside from a Ninjask. I hope this helped :)

I'm between -1 and +1 because it's a nice commodity, but the Pokecenters are always next to the reviving buildings, so I do not think it's needed at all.
