However, the good news is that you'll now have Articuno's seen Pokedex data entry from your battle with it, even despite losing, so it wasn't all a loss. :) In the future, when fighting legendaries, note that they tend to be rather powerful, so you should prepare properly in terms of your team's levels before taking them on.   15. Try again, the server just restarted. No change so far, still getting the same 'user already logged in' issue. Red is currently down. Check here for the server status so you'll know when it's up again - you should be able to play after the reboot.

  21. Hi, I've split your topic from the other thread as this is an issue separate from the Loading Map problem. When you receive the "User already logged in" prompt, it means that you weren't able to log out properly, which causes the server to continue registering your account session as active even though you've already logged out from the game. Unfortunately, all you can do is wait for the next server reboot in this case. We can't give you an ETA on when the next server reboot will be, but you can keep an eye on the server status here. If the server you play on says "Offline" or has only been up for a short period of time, that's a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already happened. Sorry about the inconvenience, and best of luck!
