Hi there, have you already checked this guide? I'd also recommend restarting your PC and checking your firewall/antivirus settings. Finally, it may sound a bit silly, but be sure to double check that you've entered your username/password credentials correctly at the login screen, as that can be another reason why you'll get hit with the "Can't connect" prompt.

You might want to read this guide on how to get celebi (and seen data of legendaries dogs): Guide I've already read. but raikou was there in the corner. I was fighting with the RED and he disappeared Hi there. Just a few questions to clear things up: 1. Have you already been to the Bell Tower and interacted with the Legendary Dogs there? 2. Do you have the seen data of the other Legendary Dogs yet? 3. What does Scientist Rey at the Bell Tower Basement say when you speak with him?

Ah, I see. Not a bug after all then. :) If he needs help, here's a Johto story walkthrough and a guide to taking on the Johto Elite 4. Hopefully that helps shift things from "demise" to "delight" instead. Anyway, I'll be locking this topic as resolved now.

Hi there. I know that there have been issues in the past with some of the UAE Internet Service Providers when connecting to PRO, in particular Etisalat. In this case, if you're trying to connect through a restricted ISP, it seems that using a VPN is your best bet, though not an ideal solution. This user's solution thread may be helpful to look through. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience - good luck, and hopefully you're able to connect to the game.

To clarify, currently only Pokemon #1-260 in the National Pokedex have their movesets updated to the Generation 6 ORAS builds. Pokemon after that have movesets from Generation 5. The plan is to update them all to Generation 6 movesets eventually, but we don't have an ETA on this, unfortunately. Hi there. Are you using a controller to play? If not - when this happens to me, I've found that it helps to tap the direction key corresponding to the direction my character is stuck walking in. So if your character keeps walking upwards by itself, try tapping the Up direction key and see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, you may have to try removing your game files and reinstalling the client. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know how it goes. -

Hi there. Rest assured that nobody's on your account or anything - this is simply a server-side glitch that can occur when you've logged out, but the game continues to register your account session as active. Unfortunately, though, you'll have to wait for the next server reboot to log in again. You can keep an eye on the server status here. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully you'll be able to play again soon. -

Hmm. Interesting. Try uninstalling your game, then resetting your password again. The issue may be something to do with case sensitivity, so for now, try to reset to a simple password without uppercase letters or too many characters. Afterwards, reinstall the game, then try manually copying and pasting your login information in again. Let me know if that helps.

Hi there. Ultimately, we do plan to introduce and code many more moves/TMs into the game. Unfortunately, however, we can't give you an ETA on when this will be finished. For now, you'll have to be patient and keep checking back for updates - make sure to keep an eye on this update log for news on what's been added. You can also suggest adding Protect into the game on this post here, although do note that you're only allowed to suggest one move tutor per account on that thread. Sorry about the inconvenience, and good luck with your Umbreon in the meantime!

Hi, the NPC in your screenshot is a Move Tutor for Volt Switch. Have you tried teaching Volt Switch via TM? As per the TMs/Move Tutors guide, you can pick up the Volt Switch TM at the Mauville Game Corner. Let me know if that works for your Forretress.

Hi there. I know you said that your computer won't accept the -force-d3d9 command from Shane's Windows 10 DX9 guide, but try typing the syntax as shown here in this post instead. You may also need to reinstall your DirectX files and check your drivers for updates. Let me know if that works, and if not we'll try to troubleshoot further. Topic moved to proper forum.

Hi, make sure that you're entering your username / password correctly. Check that you don't have caps lock on, aren't accidentally capitalizing or misspelling anything, keyboard isn't bugged, etc. I'd recommend copying and pasting your login information from a secure text file when you're trying to log into the game.
