Hi there. Currently, only Pokemon #1-260 in the National Pokedex have their movesets updated to Generation 6. Gardevoir is #282 and Togekiss is #468, so their movesets haven't been updated yet. Unfortunately, we can't give you an ETA on when more Pokemon's movesets will be updated. Keep an eye on this update log thread, as that's where you'll see news on movesets being updated, new moves being coded in, etc. In the meantime, please be patient and wait. I can confirm that Focus Band works. However, it's a 10% chance to activate, so you're experiencing extremely bad RNG, unfortunately. I would suggest using a Magnemite with the ability Sturdy instead, as this is a more reliable version of Focus Band. It can be a low-level Magnemite, as long as it knows Thunder Wave and has Sturdy. Lead with the Magnemite and use your first turn to Paralyze the Mewtwo. After the Magnemite faints, you should be able to switch into anything that deals super-effective damage on the Mewtwo and land a hit, since the Mewtwo's speed will have been reduced.

The issue should be resolved now, you should no longer be stuck at the loading map screen. Try logging in now and see if your game will load.

Hi there, TheGeekyGamer. I'm sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, as you said, we won't be able to offer a refund in this case. As per PRO rules: "3. Account sharing is not recommended, however if you share the account with someone they must also agree to the Terms and Conditions, and they become your responsibility for any actions which violate the Terms of Service." In the future, I would recommend taking steps as necessary in order to make sure your brother can't access your account and prank you again (change your password, uncheck "Remember Password" on the client login screen, etc). The good news is that the items you're referring to are still tradable, so you can try to sell them in Trade Chat or via the Trade subforums, then use that money to purchase the items you want instead. Again, I'm truly sorry about the inconvenience. Hopefully you'll still be able to acquire the items you originally wanted and prevent your brother from accessing your game again.

Please also double check that your login information (username, password) is correct, as you may also be logging into an alternate account rather than your main account.

Other than that, waiting a few minutes is usually the best solution for this, as the game can take some time to load the map data due to many players trying to connect all at once. Have you tried restarting your client completely? If you've got an Escape Rope, try to see if using that helps as well.

Route 37 is probably your best bet if you've already beaten the trainer NPCs around Ecruteak (from National Park, at Burnt Tower, etc). Try to grind on the wild Pokemon that are second-stage evolutions there, like Pidgeotto, Ariados, Ledian, etc. They should give a bit more EXP. If you're having difficulty successfully defeating Morty, I'd recommend using a Normal-type with some kind of Sleep-inducing move (Stantler with Hypnosis works well), as Ghost-type moves can't affect Normal-types. You could also use this as an opportunity to train up a Rattata with Sucker Punch, as Sucker Punch does well against Morty's team, and you'll need a Level 80+ Rattata to access Hoenn after finishing the Johto story anyway.
