  1. From my understanding of it, there's an issue with the Windows 10 drivers and DirectX 12 etc functioning poorly, causing client crashes, potential lag, and so forth. I haven't heard any reports of major graphical differences when running the game in DirectX 9, though.

  4. Hi, are you sure Bug Bite was dealing neutral damage on your Fletchling? If you received a message that read something like "It's not very effective," then the mechanics are working properly.   8. Hi there. There's already an item in the Coin Shop that will allow you to change your character sprite's appearance, including your hairstyle. It's called the Magic Mirror, and you can purchase it for 50 coins in the Coin Shop or trade for it via Trade Chat / our trade subforums.

  10. Hi there, the Red boss NPC shouldn't respawn regardless of whether you win or lose against him. If you're trying to unlock the Trainer's Valley requirements, all you need to do is battle Red - as long as you've met the other requirements, you should still be able to enter Trainer's Valley even having lost to Red.
  11. Hi there, how many badges do you have? You need the fifth Kanto badge (the Soul badge, from the Fuchsia Gym), in order to use Surf outside battle. Also, make sure you have the actual HM03 in your inventory - you'll need to pick that up from a house in the Safari Zone Area 3, as Victor doesn't give you the actual HM disc.
  12. Hi there, Carmillum. We're in fact aware of this issue, but our developer Shane hasn't been able to reproduce it on his PC, so unfortunately nothing can be done at the moment. In the meantime, here's what you can try to do in order to prevent this from happening in the first place: Sorry about the inconvenience.   13. Curious, are you already forcing DX9? Also have you tried closing any problems that you aren't using? I don't have any other programs running. I'm not sure about the DX9. Is there a way to check? I know I have like the latest DX which is like DX11 or something but I don't know which DX the game is using. DirectX has caused some issues in the past before - generally, PRO seems to load/perform better when forced to run in DirectX 9. Here's a guide on forcing the game to run in DirectX 9, try it and see if that helps with the issue.

  15. Hi, other users who've had similar error messages have reported that following this client crash guide clears the issue up for them. Try it out and let me know how it works.

Download it here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4563 If you're still experiencing issues after downloading the new client, please be sure to once again try everything that's been suggested so far (forcing DirectX 9, typing the DirectX 9 command correctly in the target field, updating your drivers and reinstalling DirectX files). We can continue to troubleshoot from there if that still doesn't work.

  24. Hi, which server are you playing on? The Blue server is currently offline, so you won't be able to log in till it's been rebooted. Red and Yellow were also down for a while during the past hour or so, though they're now both up again and you should be able to log in once more. Here's a server status checker you can use to monitor the status of the server you play on. In the future, you can refer to this guide if your game stops responding or you receive a "Cannot connect" prompt.
  25. Blue is currently down. You can use this server status checker to monitor the server status. Please be patient and the server will be up again after being rebooted.
