  2. Quoting for visibility: I would also like to add that PRO will never be exactly like the standard handheld games. There are certain aspects of the handhelds that simply wouldn't hold up well within an MMO with an economy and an actively multiplayer element. The game needs to stay balanced. As already mentioned, certain legendaries such as Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi are catchable via quests, but you'll need to work hard and fulfill the appropriate requirements in order to complete the quests and obtain them. Nothing will be handed out for free. I hope this has answered your question. Best of luck, and enjoy the game!

  6. Hi, welcome to the game! Can you try to describe the issue with more detail? Which house are you talking about, which grandma? Which city are you in, and how many badges do you have so far? It would also help a lot if you could screenshot your game and post the image here (check this guide on uploading pictures within forum posts).
  7. What you can try doing is request a password reset, then make sure to copy and paste the new password you come up with onto a Word Document for future reference when you're logging in. That should save you some time while you're checking if the password is causing the login issue.

  9. Sry this might be a super stupid question but in this case i just wanna be safe and ask before risking a ban. :Grin: And i havent found a topic regarding my exact question. As i tried to install PRO the first time i made an account with an email addy, where i didnt get the validation mail. So i did this account here with another email and a successfull validation email and left the other account without validation in nirwana. 1. Question: Does an account, which is not confirmed by the validation mail, count into this rule? 2. Question: What exactly u mean by account? - Letz say i have 2 accounts per 2 different e-mail addys, so 4. Could i start (i wont do that, its just hypothetical) a game on each server with each account, so i have 12 different charakters running? (Red, blue, yellow) x 4 Accounts. I hope u understand what i mean here. - Or is it like this: U have 2 accounts, and 4 up to a person, so u can play with one account on Red and blue and with the other one on blue and yellow e.g.? So this would be 4 accounts. What is right? I might be super stupid but im unsere about it, thats why i ask.;) Thx! PS: I just wanted to know for future if i can make a new account without being afraid of this one get banned if i wanna do start and enjoy the funny story one more time. :y: Hi, accounts that haven't been activated or validated will be automatically deleted from the database after seven days anyway. An account is a username that can be used at the same time on all servers. So your first hypothetical, with four usernames, would count as four accounts total. As long as you don't go past that limit, you're free to make a new account and play through the story again.   10. This may sound silly, but have you double-checked that your password is typed correctly? Sometimes this can happen when your username/password information isn't correctly inputted. If that's not the case, it may be an issue on your end. Check your Internet connection's stability - it could be cutting out as you're about to get through the queue, which would leave you unable to connect.

  12. Have you followed every step in this guide? For many other users who've received similar crash messages, this thread has been the fix.
  13. Can you take a screenshot of your game? Use this guide on uploading images within forum posts. If you're stuck, try restarting the client. In most cases, that'll solve movement issues you might be having.
  14. As the previous user said, you are putting a quotation mark in front of your target shortcut.   17. Hi, have you checked your Internet connection? I've found that when my game stalls for long periods of time at the Loading Map screen, it's usually because my Internet is lagging or unstable. Try to restart your router if need be. Otherwise, waiting is the best solution here. The game client needs time to load maps if there are many players online trying to play all at once. Wait patiently for a few minutes and the map should finish loading properly, allowing you to play the game. Good luck!
  18. Hi there! I'm sorry you've been experiencing so much difficulty getting PRO to run, I know it's frustrating. It seems like you've already tried out the solutions listed in the Windows 10 Crash Guide. Have you checked out this guide by Shane yet? If you haven't, try to follow the steps listed there and let me know if that works for you. Again, apologies about the inconvenience! Hopefully this can help. Hi, I tried it already but it didn't work, I don't have Windows 10 anyway I'm running Windows 8.1 with 11.2 DirectX. I had a temporary solution that worked 3 times when restarting / redownloading / deletting everything and re extracting everytime I want to lauch the game, but now impossible to get it to work.. Hmm, here are a couple of more things you can try: Type the syntax in the target field exactly the way it's shown in this post, with quotation marks around the file name before -force-d3d9. Then if you're still facing issues afterward, try redownloading DirectX files from the link in this guide. Reboot your computer and try loading the client up again.

  20. In order to learn Surf, you'll need to have chosen Pikachu as a starter, which it sounds like you have done. Get the HM Surf from the house at Safari Zone Area 3. Afterwards, head back to the Victor NPC at the Fuchsia beach area, and he should teach your Pikachu Surf. Keep in mind that you'll only be able to teach Surf to a Pikachu caught with your OT, so if this is a Pikachu that you've purchased from another trainer, the tutor won't work.
  21. If you have been banned from the Blue Server, you will not be able to login there until your ban has been lifted. Wait for your topic in the Discipline Appeals subforum to be answered by a staff member. Do not post further topics about your ban within the General Support subforum, as this is not the correct place for that. Locking thread.
  22. Have you both unfriended each other before relogging? Make sure neither of you is on the other person's friend list, then both of you should try relogging and re-friending each other again upon logging back in. Try restarting the client as well. It may take more than one attempt - give this a few tries and let me know how it goes.
  23. Sometimes even when the server isn't at max capacity, you can still run into this issue. I'd recommend letting the game sit for a few minutes after you receive the "Logging in..." prompt; you should be able to enter the game eventually if you wait a bit. Let me know if this works!
  24. Hi, this actually isn't a bug. If you take a look at Greninja's learnset on Bulbapedia, you'll see that it cannot learn Dark Pulse via move tutor. It must learn Dark Pulse via TM, which unfortunately isn't available in PRO at the moment. You'll have to wait till the TM is implemented. Sorry about the inconvenience! Topic moved to proper place.
