  8. Welcome to PRO, Dalson! Like you said, Red's community may be the most established since it's the oldest server, but the nice thing about Blue and Yellow is that they're new enough you can get a fresh start there, with regards to the economy and PvP scene. If you're seeking to rank high on the PvP ladder, you'll definitely be able to do so on any of the servers, but Yellow is so new that the PvP ranked ladder positions still have yet to be solidified. In the end, it's all up to you! I hope you'll enjoy your game experience, wherever you end up deciding to set up your main character. Good luck! :y:

  10. Did you disconnect during the quest, or during the battle with Jackson?
  11. Restart your computer and make sure to check your firewall/antivirus - sometimes the issue is that PRO is inadvertently being blocked, causing you to receive the "Cannot connect" message. I'd also suggest reinstalling the game client entirely if this doesn't work. If the server was online when this post was made, it's likely a client-sided issue.
  12. Quoting for visibility: The maximum number of EV points a Pokemon can gain overall is 510. The maximum number of EVs you can gain in one stat is 252. Check to make sure that your Umbreon hasn't met those totals already.
  13. Are you playing on a public IP address (cybercafe, school, library, etc)? If so, sometimes the system will register that as a banned IP address and block you from entering the game. If not, I recommend trying to reset your IP address and seeing if you can login after that. Let me know how it goes.
  14. this may be right because my Natu has hasty sync,and when sync fails, tentacool may have clear body To clarify: Synchronize affects your encounters' natures, not abilities. Clear Body is a potential ability that Tentacool can have, so your Hasty Synchronize Natu won't change or impact that. As SkySeraphim has pointed out, the "It's completely ineffective" message happened because Psychic has a chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense. However, Clear Body will prevent stat reduction from happening, thus the "It's completely ineffective" message that appeared. It had nothing to do with the "It's super effective" message you received afterwards. Hope that clears things up.
  15. No problem, there are a couple of options. She could either create another account using either Hotmail/ Gmail/ Yahoo (as these are the providers that work the best for PRO,) or she might have to wait the 7 days. Remember, "you are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." So if she wanted, she could play on a separate account for a week then swap over after. oh!but She said she wanted to use that name! So she can only wait for this long week?? :Shocked: Yes, she'll have to wait 7 days for the username to be removed from the database, or she can play on an alternate account in the meantime, as was suggested. Sorry about the inconvenience - make sure to use Gmail as the email provider next time so that she'll receive the confirmation email properly. The question's been addressed, so I'll be locking this thread now. Best of luck!
  16. Hi, it sounds like your game data was rolled back to a point where the Shadow Ball move wasn't properly saved within your Alakazam's data. Unfortunately staff can't assist with rollback issues. However, the Shadow Ball TM can be bought at Lilycove Mall for 4k. You can re-purchase the TM there and teach it to your Alakazam. I'd recommend logging out to force save your data afterwards, in order to prevent a potential repeat of this. Sorry about the inconvenience, best of luck! ~ Topic moved to proper forum. ~
  17. You'll have to be patient. There isn't an ETA on server reboots. However, you can refer to this server status checker - it'll tell you when Yellow is online/offline, as well as how long it's been up for. If you notice that Yellow is offline or has only been online for a few hours, that's a good indicator that it's about to reboot or has recently been rebooted. Good luck.
  18. Hi, accounts that haven't been verified via email will be automatically deleted from the database after seven days. If you wait a bit, you should be able to reuse your original account's name. If you're asking if you can have your Metconn account deleted, as the FAQ states here: However, you are permitted to have up to 4 accounts total (2 per email), so you can keep the Metconn account and simply recreate a new account using the original Metcon username after seven days have passed.
  19. So for example, if you're trying to evolve a Charmander and get it to level 100, it would have two evolution stages - Charmeleon and Charizard. To be as EXP-efficient as possible, you'd want to level it as a Charmander up until it hits either 98 or 99, then start evolving it after that. However, you'll only have 2-3 evolution opportunities, from Level 97 to 98, 98 to 99, and 99 to 100. Let's say you decide to wait till it goes from Level 98 to 99 to evolve the Charmander into a Charmeleon. However, you might click "No" by accident... meaning you'll have a Level 99 Charmander, and no ways of obtaining a Level 100 Charizard (since you'd need to evolve it to a Charmeleon first). Thus, it's safer to evolve once you've leveled it up to 98 instead, since if a mishap like the aforementioned scenario happens, you'll still have a spare level with which to correct the error. I hope this makes sense! Let me know if it needs further clarifying.

If you've just downloaded Pokemon Go, it may be that your device no longer has enough memory to install and run PRO. Here's a guide on installing and running PRO on your Android, with a list of the system requirements needed.

  24. Hey, welcome to the game! It's great to hear that Pokemon Go propelled you into playing PRO, I hope you'll enjoy your experience here! Your team sounds pretty balanced at the moment. I might suggest dropping Growlithe or Charmeleon since both of them provide the same type coverage, and adding Gastly instead - Gengar (Gastly's final evolution) is extremely potent at the Kanto Elite 4, due to its versatile move coverage. In PRO, evolved Pokemon require more EXP to level up; that's why it's recommended not to evolve them until you're done training them, for max efficiency. If the Pokemon you're training evolves by leveling up, all you need to do is evolve at Level 98 or 99 if you're trying to get it to 100 - you'll get the evolution window prompt each time you level, so no worries about missing out on evolution. (Unless you accidentally misclick "No" at a crucial time, or the server crashes and your evolution data gets rolled back. This is why it's recommended to evolve one level before the maximum cut-off, to allow yourself more wiggle room if something goes wrong.) You can refer to this guide here for a breakdown of helpful information about the game. There's also the Kanto/Johto story walkthrough in case you're stuck at any point throughout the game's plot. Yes, as Soulvaki said, you will need to have started with Pikachu in order to complete the Ash Hat quest. Please be sure to read the quest guide and quest requirements fully next time, in order to prevent future misunderstandings from happening.
