Here are some tips you can try: 1. Pick up a low-leveled Pokemon with Sturdy (Geodude from Route 111 Desert works well for this) and teach it Toxic. Use Toxic first turn, then keep healing the Geodude back up with Fresh Waters as you're waiting for the Toxic to take its toll on the Rayquaza. 2. Grab something that can slow the Rayquaza down so that your Swampert can move first, before it's hit with Energy Ball. Again, you can use a Geodude with Sturdy, as it should learn Bulldoze by level up, which is a move that will lower the opponent's speed by one stage. Or you can train up a Pokemon that learns Thunder Wave / Stun Spore / etc.

Have you restarted your client fully? Sometimes simply logging in and out isn't enough. I'd also recommend deleting your game files and trying to reinstall, as it sounds like a client issue from your end. Topic moved to proper forum.

Hello, apologies about the late response! If you're still having this issue, I'd recommend checking your Internet connection. I'm also on a Mac, and I've noticed my game tends to stall at the loading screen when my Internet is experiencing some hiccups. Also, if you're running a lot of CPU-intensive programs while playing PRO, try to shut those down and see if it helps. Otherwise, it can take some time for the game map to fully load, since a lot of players are all trying to connect at once, and the game needs time to load up all the data. Usually just waiting it out will solve the issue, though I'm sorry to hear that in your case it hasn't been. Topic moved to the proper forum.

Image relinked properly. To clarify, you mean that you were at Rustboro City when you were transported to the top of Route 115? I see that it says Rustboro City at the top of your map, try restarting your client and seeing if the route name changes when you log back in.

I'd recommend getting a Ground-type from Mt. Moon. As another user's suggested, Geodude works well - there's also Sandshrew/Sandslash, which is purely Ground-type and thus doesn't have the weakness to Raichu's Dig. Sandshrew should also learn Dig by level up (you can check which level specifically if you pull up its Pokedex entry in game). If you can get one of those Pokemon to around Level 30 or so, that should be a safe bet for victory. Topic moved to proper forum.

Hi, this is because Hydration isn't coded into the game yet. You can check here for a list of other abilities that haven't been coded yet either. Unfortunately we can't give you an ETA on when new abilities will be added into the game, so you'll just have to be patient and wait. Finneon indeed spawns at Love Island, during Morning/Day. As per the rarity tier guide, Finneon's most common spawn tier is "Scarce," meaning that it's on the rarer side. You'll probably have to be patient and keep looking a while longer. Good luck!

I believe you need 30 Johto Pokemon caught and registered in your Pokedex.

To clarify, it's only Celadon Mall that has the Pokeball discount NPC. Other malls like Goldenrod/Lilycove don't have this feature. The question's been answered, so I'll be locking the topic now. Enjoy your game!

Hi, if the client says you're banned but your account status shows no ban reason, it's usually because of an issue with your IP address. Are you playing on a public IP address (cybercafe, school, library, etc)? If so, try to play from a private one instead. If not, try resetting your IP address by resetting your router as another user suggested. Let me know how it works.

As for the answer - at the moment, only Pokemon #1-260 in the National Pokedex have their movesets fully updated to Generation 6. Sylveon is #700, so you'll have to wait until more Pokemon have their movesets updated, or until more Fairy-type TMs / move tutors are introduced into the game. We can't give you an ETA on either of those updates, unfortunately. In the meantime, you can try to obtain a Sylveon with its Hidden Ability and teach it Hyper Voice from the Move Tutor (check here for its location). You can also suggest adding a Move Tutor of your choice into the game on this thread, although please note that you're only allowed one suggestion post per account on that thread.
