Yup, it seems you were able to teach your Pikachu Surf, so the tutor is indeed working just fine. However, as said earlier, it has a cooldown of around 3 weeks, so unfortunately you'll have to wait till then to teach your second Pikachu Surf. Sorry about the inconvenience. Enjoy your game!

In order to get to Resort Gorgeous, you'll need to surf from the top left corner of Five Island up into Chrono Chross. Then you'll want to follow the path upwards. You should reach Resort Gorgeous shortly afterwards. To reach Sevault Canyon, you'll need to start from Seven Island. Head south on the dock into the Canyon Entrance, then follow the path east and all the way down. Sevault Canyon will be the next route you reach. If you're stuck on the Sevii Islands questlines, make sure to refer to these video guides. Good luck!

Hi, there's a cooldown on the Pikachu Surf Tutor, around 3 weeks real time or so. If you've already taught your Pikachu Surf, you'll have to wait until the cooldown resets before you can tutor another Pikachu. Also, in order to link images properly, you'll need to upload the image onto an image-sharing website and link the direct image URL. For future reference, here's a guide on adding images within forum posts.

As Piine has said, game data is not saved locally but on the server. Have you double-checked that you're using the correct account login information, and not accessing an alternate account by mistake?

Hello, have you checked that you are logging into the correct server? With the new game client update, the default server when you log in is Yellow, not Red.

Hi, as the other user said, you'll need to use Paypal in order to donate for coins. However, mounts and the MS Medalion are tradable in-game, so you can also use Pokedollars to purchase them in-game. Here's a guide on making money in-game so that you can earn enough to purchase things.

Hi, Phantom Force is a move that was introduced in Generation 6 for certain Pokemon. However, only Pokemon 1-260 in the National Pokedex currently have their movesets updated to Generation 6 within PRO. All the Pokemon that learn Shadow Force are past 260 in the National Pokedex, meaning you'll have to wait for more movesets to be updated first. The same principle applies for Moonblast. However, there are certain Pokemon (Clefairy, Oddish, etc) that are currently capable of learning Moonblast by level up, since their movesets have already been updated to Generation 6. Hope this clear things up a bit.

Hi, unfortunately your coins cannot be returned to you, as you've already spent them. However, since many Coin Shop items happen to be tradable, you can try a few things instead: 1. Selling the Pickaxe for in-game currency and using Pokedollars to buy the Coin Shop item(s) you want from other users. 2. Negotiating a deal with another user to trade the Pickaxe directly for the Coin Shop item(s) you want. You can do that via Trade Chat in game or the online Trade forums. Good luck!

Quoting for visibility: It needs max happiness and a fairy move and then when you level it on love island it will evolve. It doesn't need max happiness and a fairy move just to evolve into Sylveon at love island. You only need to level up. I evolve an eevee there to sylveon when I was collecting evolution data for Legendary Quest.

Hi, in the future please do not hijack another user's thread. If your game is telling you that you're banned when you try to log in, but your account status shows no ban reason, then it's likely an issue with your IP address. Make sure to avoid playing on a public IP address (cybercafes, libraries, universities, etc), and reset your IP address as necessary. You should be able to log in afterwards.

Hi there, I'm glad to hear that so many are excited to play PRO! We're always happy to welcome more players into the community. Unfortunately, PRO will never be translated into languages other than English due to the fact that it is a beta game that's constantly undergoing development and changes. There's simply too much dialogue, and new dialogue is being added constantly as the game progresses, making full translation unfeasible. Some minor translations are tentatively planned for the game menus and User Interface; however, this is not a priority at the moment. I apologize for the inconvenience.
